Subway

I’ve heard good things about this location in the past. As in, crazy fast and clean. I went in this afternoon to grab my wife some lunch and find out if that was true or not.
Well, it’s true. I walked into a line that was six people deep. I barely got a chance to look at how clean the store was (it appeared to be) because I had the sandwich in hand hand and was back in my car in less than 5 minutes. And this is even after making a special request (jalapeños toasted on top of the cheese — she swears by it) and me stalling because I didn’t realize they had both white and wheat flatbread.
I will say that there’s nothing particularly amazing about the product. Subway is as Subway does. Consistency is key. But in the Greater Subway Spectrum, I would rank this one pretty high.
Seriously, if this place did delivery, they could really give Jimmy John’s «freaky fast”-ness a run for its money.

Stopped in today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised I was created in a friendly matter unlike most of the Subways in Lexington which have changed ownership as of late. This one appears to have not and has a nice staff with personality and actually had all the items I was looking for today in stock. That’s always nice when your hungry that they have what you wanted and not blaming the delivery people for not bringing it on time. Stop by if your ever on the Harrodsburg/​Broadway St. Joseph area.

dont do there new pizza sucks not enough sauce toppings and the crust almost breaks your teeth

My son was at St Joe Hosp went there to get lunch they were the best highly reccommend!

I think this must be the nicest Subway in Lexington. I was SO not expecting it to be as nice as it was, considering the location isn’t particularly ritzy and the outside doesn’t look spectacular. The folks inside are very nice, though, and the rating posted on the wall is a 99. It’s very clean and modern inside.
Beyond that, it’s Subway, so you’re getting a sandwich. Don’t expect gourmet here, even if it is a really nice Subway.
