Long lines in the morning… today got oatmeal with blueberries, blueberries were molded, this is the second time I got molded blueberries. Come on guys!!!

I usually go to this Starbucks’s drive thru on my way to work, but have been going elsewhere since they usually get my order wrong. I usually order my drink with soy milk(due to being lactose intolerant) and had one instance where whole milk was used(I tasted and later felt the effects of it) and another where my drink was basically water and espresso shots(had my co workers try it and they agreed it was ice and espresso shots, with nothing more).

Went through the drive thru with 2 other people and we decided to all pay together to make it easier on the cashier. She seemed snippy while we ordered but nothing too inexcusable. Ordered pretty simple orders and had an offer for a free drink from the app so when Sam opened the window she was instructed by 2 passengers to scan the phone for the free drink and we would pay all together afterwards on one card. She then said the bill was $ 14 for a black coffee and a frap… So we asked her if the drink was removed from the bill and Sam got a huge attitude and said” you didn’t tell me to scan it for a discount, you have to tell me” and then closed the window. Very very rude and slow and they only had pike roast available… terrible awful location and Sam has terrible customer service skills

Never enough staff to handle business. Long lines onside and at the drive through. They rarely get my oatmeal right and don’t tell you if they are out of toppings. I would find out when I got to work and found i didn’t have brown sugar or a spoon. I now check before leaving. They are however unfailingly pleasant.

So slow! Have visited this Starbucks several times over the last year at different times. Each time, it takes about 20 minutes to get me coffee! Will not be returning!

Seriously the slowest Starbucks ever. The one at columbiana center is also slow, but also very busy. Last time I went to this Starbucks I ended up being late to work because from the time I got in line to the time I left was 30 minutes. Yes, thirty minutes. With a couple groups ahead of me it took roughly 10 minutes before I was even able to place my order. I shoulda left then but there weren’t that many people ahead of me I never imagined I’d be there so long. So I finally placed order and watched the girl at the espresso machine move cups passed to her from cashier so many times it’s like she was playing a game. I waited patiently(nervously, figuring my cup was repeatedly shuffled out of order) and finally when the people behind me got their drinks I asked where mine was. Baffled, she just asked what I ordered. Told her, and she searched the stack, found it near the bottom, and made my drink. Maybe she should focus on making drinks and not playing games. I’ve never been here without it taking forever, but this particular day was ridiculous and unacceptable. I’ve gone to the one in target ever since and burger kings iced coffee is significantly better, not to mention substantially faster service! It was nice having a Starbucks close to home, but may as well be something else because I’ll never return. Especially with panera across the street.

Attitude unbecoming. Forgot my drink. I had already finished my breakfast sandwich when I finally asked about it. The girl slammed down the shot glasses after she poored them into my drink. Then she set my drink on counter with no name or the hot strap protector. This what I get for being a new gold card member they keep that D#*# card

Slow! The parking lot is not user friendly at all either. This must have been a bank or something before it was a Starbucks. Thank goodness there is a new Starbucks in the Saluda area off the Interstate. I have been much happier with this one.

16:12 in the drive thru for an Americano without the cream I asked for. They have a workflow management tool that shows them the status of all the cars in the drive-through… There’s usually 1 green and 8 flashing red to let them know that they’re way behind… But the people just don’t work fast enough. I’m a southerner, but this place needs a couple of New Yorkers and an industrial engineer to fix it.

I come about 2 – 4 times a week for a tea before work. EVERY time there is an issue. The people that work there are rude, slow and inconsiderate. The wait in the drive through to get the drink is always long. When they do not hear you they snap through the speaker. One time they were out of the tea that I like and said to me «Do you really want me to go out to the truck and get it for you?». I will drive out of my way to another Starbucks before going to this one again.

To say I’m beyond excited for the new Starbucks near I-20 to open is putting it lightly after dealing with this place for the last year and a half. There are some nice people working inside – and some real sour people – and the place is usually clean, so it is tolerable to sit inside and work for a while. But the place(specifically the chairs) are so uncomfortable. And the set-up makes no sense sometimes. Too many groups of tables that end up being monopolized by one person when there is clearly room for like 6 people. And the service is so SLOW. so. so so so so SLOW. I’ve never even gone through the drive through because every time that I’ve thought about it the line has been wrapped around the building. Actually, I almost braved it once, but got so annoyed waiting that I got out of line and said screw the coffee. And it makes no sense because there is always so many people working, though most of them do seem to be wandering from station to station not doing anything. Let’s hope that the new place is better. If not, I’ll have to keep driving to Harbison, which is its own form of torture.

This is by far THE slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and I am a major coffee drinker so I’ve been to quite a few. I’ve given it quite a few tries too, I know drive throughs can get backed up(but I still don’t think it’s right that I’ve waited 25 minutes before!!) so I’ve gone inside before and that’s when I got real frustrated, there were plenty of staff in there standing around but only one poor guy was making drinks everyone else was arguing about their break times. I waited 20 minutes for my drink and there were only 3 people in front of me. I’m really hoping the new Lexington location is different management.

Reviewing the efficiency of the drive-thru line. Starbucks is Starbucks, I really only get their iced black tea so it’s pretty hard to mess that up. The first and only time I went to this Starbucks I went through the drive-thru line and waited 22 minutes. TWENTYTWO. TWENTYTWOMINUTES. 22. 11+11 minutes. My tea is $ 2.96. I think I spent more $$ in gas waiting in line then what my tea costs. ¯\(°_o)/¯ Never again.

I have come to this Starbucks multiple times and every time it’s always something wrong whether it’s the customer service to the wait time or the drink is not made correctly. I feel corporate may need to come in and retrain and hire more employees so the wait times aren’t 20 – 45 for a $ 6 cup of coffee! That is outrageous. I would rather drive to Harbison and back I think it may even be faster that way!

Incredibly slow. Every time I come to this location it is a 20+ minute ordeal. I visit all of the other Starbucks locations in the area(Harbison, Gervais, inside Target) on a regular basis, and this one pales in comparison when it comes to speed of service. It seems like an obvious management issue to me. There are always multiple baristas taking orders between the drive-thru and registers, but generally only one barista actually making the drinks. Other reviewers have indicated that the drive-thru takes precedence at this location, but I just spent 30 minutes going through the drive-thru. That’s unacceptable! I’ve heard there is possibly a new location going in at Saluda Pointe off 378 by I-20. I sure hope that’s true because it will prevent me from having to come back to this location ever again.

Incredibly inefficient. Currently there are 6 employees, but only one making drinks. They can touch each other, but stop what they’re doing to push the button on their headset. Contrary to other reviews, drive thru takes precedent over in store customers, which is contrary to business sense, as the extra add on, high margin items(mugs, coffee, cd’s) are all inside… but I come back because its pumpkin spice season.

DESPERATELY in need of a cover at the drive-thru. Ordering and paying in the rain isn’t good.

I ended a hot run here the other day and was 2 cents short of a small iced coffee and the person couldn’t do it. This cost Starbucks a lot of future business. And I used to go to this location a lot. Definetely not good customer care!

Went in on a rainy day, just wanting a simple caramel frappucino. Given, they were quite busy, however it seemed like all I was given was 80%water mixed with a flavorless caramel syrup topped with whipped cream. I have ordered many frappucinos from Starbucks before, and needless to say this is not what It should taste like. Then my friend goes to get a peppermint mocha which she has ordered many times before. It tasted like black coffee with a tart pepperminty chocolate after taste. Not appealing and very disappointing. We didn’t want to bother asking for another since the line was basically out the door, so we just left with horrible over priced«coffee» and a pocket minus ten dollars.

Some have said the service is slow but I think they do a good job with a friendly attitude. This place has lines during rush hour but that’s because it seems like everyone in the town stops here.
