The food is decent and cheap but its gets a 1 because of the service. Im a very lenient person and have gave them many chances, but the service was consistently at the best just okay and at the worst like I was a inconvience to them. The last draw was the place smelling like sewage and them still serving people.

The food, overall cleanliness, and the service all leave a lot to be desired. That is really all I can say about that.

The booths are uncomfortable as they are ripped up and lumped up. Last time we went we asked to be reseated before ordering. And the hostess acted annoyed and rude about it. She took us to another jacked up booth and stormed off mad before we could say anything. We just left and she yelled horrible stuff about us that made no sense. Before that we always had great service. The food is great but would be better if they served alcohol.

Definitely not one of my most favorite diners for brunch, but definitely not the worst either. Like any diner, they will supply you with good toast and eggs cooked just the way you like it, but this place does not stand out against it’s competitors for brunch. For example, when it comes to omelets and pancakes, IHOP will definitely be my first stop. However, this diner does serve one of the best versions of the ‘Biscuits & Gravy’ dishes that I have ever tried, and growing up in the South, I’ve tried a lot of dishes. Their gravy isn’t too thick or too runny, and is full of flavor. The biscuits are also fluffy and perfect, instead of crunchy or flaky. Would definitely recommend this dish for any first-timer. But note: a few of their tables sit right next to the restrooms, which is terrible due to the smell, so if you can, request for a table away from the restrooms. It will make your dining experience THAT much better. You’re welcome.

The Diner is a little mom and pop shop. The menu has a little bit of everything and the option for breakfast all day. The food is just average, but I have never had anything bad either. The price is right, and there is normally a special that includes a dish, 2 sides, and a drink for 6.95. You can’t eat that cheap at McDonald’s sometimes, and the food certainly better than that.

Although it’s been a while since I’ve been here(and I’m not likely to ever go back) I doubt the food or service has improved any. I stopped in for breakfast one Saturday morning and was seated. After a couple of minutes a server came over and asked me if I knew what I wanted. I placed my order and she brought my coffee and plopped it down on the table, sloshing some of it out. She never said sorry, or oops or anything else. By the time my food arrived, I needed a refill of coffee but when she brought the food she never asked and that was the last I saw of her. I did notice that she was refilling beverages at other tables, so I guess she just didn’t like me. I’ve been told that servers do not like to wait on people who are dining alone because they don’t think the tip will be as good. Her tip went the way of my coffee retill —– nada! When I went to pay(she at least brought my bill with the meal) there was no one at the register to take the money! There were waitresses milling around behind the counter, but not one at the register. There were a couple of folks ahead of me waiting to pay and after a few minutes, they walked out without paying! I noticed there was money laying at the cash register, like others had just left their money, so, as luck would have it, I had the exact change(minus any tax) so I left my money with the other and left. The food is not all that wonderful and since the service was so awful, I don’t ever need to worry that I might be missing something. There are too many other diners in town I can patronize.

A mom and pop restaraunt in Lexington that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are decent and the food is good. I haven’t had anything bad from here. Their soups are homemade and the vegetable soup is great. They serve it with cornbread if you request(which is awesome). They have large salads and great lunch specials.

I thought it was part of the Silver Diner chain but I don’t think so. They have almost anything you could possibly want on the menu. We opted for breakfast, which included biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, bacon, etc. Great food for a great price!
