Stopped by for lunch while in town for a work trip. Had the Turkey Cobb sandwich and fries. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of turkey on the sandwich… it’s not a small portion! Love the crunch that the toasted sourdough and back provides, paired with the creaminess of the avocado. I replaced the bleu cheese crumbles with cheddar and was happy with my decision. The downside of the dish was that I didn’t see or taste the aioli or balsamic… and it would have definitely taken the sandwich to the next level. Not sure what the seasoning on the fries is, but it’s delicious! Not usually a fan of shoestring fries but those were an exception. Overall, good food and the service was great!

Had a very nice lunch here at the bar. Good selection of beers ice cold on tap. I will visit again.

I always enjoy eating here… some of my favorite items to order are the southwest dip, strawberry salad, and any of the pizzas(half-price on Mondays during happy hour). Service has usually been good. My most recent trip, it was our server’s first day — yet she could answer every question we had about certain menu items and did a wonderful job.

Can’t rate zero stars or I would. Had great selection of craft beers and local brews and had superb service from our waiter(Christopher). Was unfortunate that prude management chose to break up a college reunion at happy hour due to their«concerns». Responsible adults can have fun too. Maybe it’s time to pop the bubble wrap of today’s society…#ridiculous

Arrived mid afternoon for a late lunch. First time at a Saul Good. Very nice atmosphere. Liked the black lacquered chairs and comfy booths. Service was 1st rate. Food was quickly brought to our table. Tried the French Onion soup on a cold day and it was very flavorful. We shared a nice pizza that was thin crust and nice and crisp. Also had a side of loaded russett red potatoes.

Started year with a bang when we decided to go to Saul for some light dinner. Place was packed… were seated right away. Our waitress was very nice. Ordered baja fish tacos and hubby ordered a beer. Fish tacos were amazing and love the spiciness on fish… Had bit of smoked flavor like Indian tandoor style. Thumbs up. Totally loved and will definitely be back. Great start for 2016!!!

First time in, decided to go for the Tokyo burger off the special Asian menu. It was OK, but could have been better. The other food we ordered was middle of the road, but served it’s purpose. I’m just visiting from Denver, but if I lived here, I probably wouldn’t frequent this place. Just seems like the food could be tastier. This isn’t an exciting review, but it is linear with the culinary experience.

I like this restaurant. Such eclectic dishes. For example we had the Korean sort rib tacos and they now serve breakfast with eggs, bacon and waffles. There are many options to eat on the menu so we will be back many times.

I love the atmosphere. Thy have some interesting entrees if you want something unique. And some usual choices. The burgers are great, the salads are fun and tasty. The chocolate dessert bar is great by itself for a night out with cocktails. Service has always been excellent for me.

First time to Saul Good! My husband had the chicken and waffle and cleaned his plate. I ate the steak and beer cheese nachos. They were very tasty, but I felt they needed some guacamole to complete the flavor profile. The dessert menu looked so good but we were too full to even think about trying to eat dessert! Sean, our waiter, was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely request him next time we go into eat.

Lettuce wraps are decent. Not impressed with the $.50 to sample a beer in a shot glass, every other restaurant let’s you try it for free. Not a cheapskate by far, but it left a bad taste in our mouth. One TV so not the place to go for happy hour. Probably will never go again.

Great place to have lunch. Eric was our server and he was great. Eye contact, well informed of the menu, and very nice. We had the fried mac and cheese appetizer which was delicious and we shared the Szechuan steak sandwich which was also delicious. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.

Tonight I had southwest dip, Cesar salad & crab rangoon flatbread. As usual I wasn’t disappointed. I love the exciting flavor combinations they put together. Of course anything with cilantro on or in it is delicious, in my opinion. We’ll probably finish up with a half baked chocolate chip cookie. So good!

We usually go to the Saul Good on Nicholasville Road, but had an appointment near this one on my husband’s birthday so decided to come for dinner. The food and drinks were at the level we’ve come to expect and enjoy from Saul Good, but service was poor(especially since the restaurant wasn’t very busy). It took 10 minutes for beer to reach our table after ordering it, water was rarely refilled, there was very long wait for our bill, and our waitress seemed miserable. There’s a lot to like about Saul Good, but this location is a little weak for Saul Good standards.

Our favorite local restaurant in Lexington; a must-go when we’re in town. Pizzas are excellent and we love the local beer selection. Menu items are very unique and we’ve never had a selection we didn’t enjoy. Ambiance is wonderful with a great music selection for any 30-something; think listening to Biggie Smalls, Nirvana, or Bruce Springsteen while enjoying a meal. A truly phenomenal place for hanging out with friends, and a place we miss terribly since relocating to Vegas.

Had lunch at Sauls today and had the salmon. My brother had the mahi mahi. Both dishes were delicious and we followed it up with a wonderful cookie sundae!

Not sure about all the hype with this place. Tried two different pizzas(Hot Brown and Rosemary Chicken). Both were just average. Fries were good, but were a bit cool. Menu seems limited and prices a bit high.

I have to put a disclaimer that I had a couple drinks before coming here. This place reminds me of the«smug» episode on South Park where the rich people smell each other’s farts for enjoyment. I really didn’t find anything exceptional about the place except for their prices. The menu seemed limited and the food was alright. The things that this place had going for it was an ok tap list and a decent staff. If I’d have known what I was getting into before I came here, I’d have stayed at the last place.

I would like to forget that I even came to this place bc my mood wasn’t happy, but that wasn’t their fault so let’s begin. When I arrived it was maybe 9:45 pm and in Lexington KY that’s the equivalent of 3 am. Not even joking. The place was dead and you could tell the servers wanted to bounce up out of there to be honest, so did I. I ordered Long Island Ice Tea and the salmon. I think the person I was with had the mahi mahi. We also had their steak nachos which were surprisingly pretty good. Meals came quick and the service was pretty transactional… Meaning here’s your food, me almost stabbing the poor server with my fork for trying to take my veggies away in order to hurry us, and bringing the check. The food actually was pretty good for example my salmon was at the right temperature and my veggies were seasoned really well. Kudos to the cook. I usually don’t order cocktails like that bc they are too sweet but this was good. I could have used 10 more LIIT and nachos to go and maybe a 6 pack too. If you wanna get a meal and don’t care about the ambiance I recommend.

Wonderful atmosphere and great waiter! He suggested the pork chop(he said without a doubt!) and he was right! One of the best grilled pork chops I’ve ever had! My co worker got the strawberry salad with salmon and she said it was also very good! Desserts looked awesome but I was stuffed from my meal :(but next time it’s on!
