Renter Beware! Don’t expect to be able to reach the leasing office by phone. You are routed to a location in Utah. Paying almost $ 250.00 more a month than was quoted prior to the lease signing. The roads throughout the property are in disrepair there are no real perks. Complex has an exclusive agreement with a satellite company and you have no choice. You pay for the the service whether you use it or not added to your lease amount and then have to pay the satellite company itself for overpriced packages of channels negotiated with management and not advertised. Maintenance staff is the best part of living here. They go above and beyond, once you are able to get in touch with the leasing office about a problem. Walls are thin between units and floors. Shame on me for not doing my homework and dismissing comments from current residents. Don’t fall prey to misleading information or promises. Get Everything in writing prior to signing.

We just moved into our apartment yesterday, April 1st. So far the experience has been completely horrible. To start off we were supposed to move in at 12:00 on the first. We received a call at about 10:30 asking if we could move in on the 2nd because our apartment was not yet ready. After explaining that we have already packed everything up and had paid for a moving truck(not to mention, we had to take off work) they said they could get us in the apartment around 2 pm. Well 2 pm turned into 4 pm… I understand things happen and was completely ok with the fact. Finally after a long day of moving we went to bed only to wake up at 3 in the morning with the entire apartment knee deep in water. All our belongings were ruined for the most part. The main water supply pipe connected to the water heater had busted. We called the emergency number the gave us and was very surprised by how fast the maintenance guy was at our apartment. I DO Wish I Remember his name because he Wonderful. Even offered us to let us stay at his apartment while they worked on the place. Later that morning we talk to the property manager and was extremely disappointed with the way things were handled. We were told that the carpet will not be replaced and that the apartment will probably not be ready until Monday. I am very worried that this going to cause problems with mold not to mention all the water damage. They told us that they would not provide us a place to stay during this time and that they were sorry but this it wasn’t their fault.. We were given 150 $ in gift cards but that is not near enough to cover a hotel for five nights. Not to mention all the inconvenience. I am very grateful for the money but, seriously? I hope things get better from here.
