Items are too expensive. I’m guessing they do that since they are one of say… three… clothing boutiques in town(Alvin & Dennis, and Pappagallo). Your other options, if you care to call them that, are Peebles and Walmart. Bleck! But I was especially annoyed when I went to shop there today(Sunday) and saw their store hours signs that says«Sundays… occasionally.» Occassionally!!! Really?! Well how the heck am I supposed to know WHAT Sundays you are open.

All you Lex Vegas Haters take note… Lexington ain’t your Granny’s stomping grounds anymore. Emerging from the preppy Vineyard Vines and Polo scene, is PS Pumpkinseeds. Stacks of Joes jeans, Lilly for those W&L girls who still can’t shake the prep, Tocca for those who can, fabulous jewelry and just a kick ass chandelier from Random Harvest in Georgetown(sorry it’s not for sale). Siobhan is the bomb… knowledgeable and savvy without being pretentious. This is my go to boutique… and I live in Arlington. ‘Nuff said.

Beautiful clothes and fabulous service. Great accessories and fun gift items. They really think about the total experience — excellent services and great bags, wrapping, etc.

This is a really nice boutique in the historic district. According to a publication I read while here is is actually owned by a former manager of the 9:30 club in DC. They are certainly catering to the Washington and Lee crowd, with most items running 100 – 400 dollars. There unfortunately a sale rack in sight— attached is a nice show boutique called Molly Gilbride. If I lived in the area and needed something for a special occasion I would for sure stop here first for something original. Betsy Johnson, and many other creative designers filled the racks.
