We have used Pro Plumbing numerous times and have never had a complaint. They are quick to respond and timely. The staff is friendly and they always explain the problem and solution thoroughly and effectively. I feel comfortable that I am getting the best service for the best price.

The plumber with Pro Plumbing Heating and Air was punctual and seemed very knowledgeable but his quote was much too high. He provided a quote of $ 798 for my project. Knowing this was much too high from my knowledge of general home maintenance cost, I contacted another professional plumber who did the same exact job, even with a couple small extras like a cap over the old vent, for $ 225. After I sent the plumber away, I called the company to ensure this was an accurate quote. A representative of Pro Plumbing called me back and tried to justify the difference using advertising costs, health care costs and additional overhead. I can understand how this can raise the costs but not over 200% more. I believe Pro Plumbing would do a good job, but customers need to make sure to compare costs to avoid paying over-​inflated prices.
