Had my suit jacket shortened and it came out perfectly. The tailor finished a day earlier so i was pick it up sooner. Quick and easy. No nonsense. I have nothing bad to say.

Absolutely, positively the BEST dry cleaners in the country! I trust them with my most expensive clothing. Even some pieces that I was going to retire already came back looking brand new after they cleaned them.
I also want to say that their tailor is by far the BEST ever! I hate to promote her because I don’t want her to get really busy, LOL, but she is truly amazing. You can trust her with your most expensive designer clothing. She will not ruin anything, ever. As a matter of fact, she fixed things for me that other tailors had ruined (I thought beyond repair). Love this girl!
All the less than 5 star reviews are completely undeserving. Especially when you have the girl at the counter pin your shirt for alterations (and not the professional tailor), then get an apology call after it didn’t come out right, and then get a full monetary $$ refund… it’s just classless to go on Unilocal and trash them after that!

Pros: Roman seems to know what he’s doing and offers helpful advice. They proactively noticed a moth hole in the jacket and added it to the fix list. The alterations were done professionally.
Cons: Suit wasn’t ready when I was told it would be. Roman called to apologize, but this was after I’d wasted a trip out to pick it up.
Also, I wasn’t given a good idea of what the cost would be– from what Roman said, I was expecting in the $ 80 – 100 range, but it turned out to be almost $ 130. Not exorbitant for the work, but on the high end.

I am in love. Personal Cleaners treats you like royalty. After having a horrible experience at an inefficient tailor down the street, I found Personal Cleaners on Unilocal.I am so glad I did. I brought in a few tank tops to be taken up in the straps the other day and was treated so well. I haven’t even seen what the end result is and I’m already satisfied. THAT’S how good Personal Cleaners treats their customers. I have 150% confidence in the young tailor because she actually gets it. She understands what you want and need without you even telling her. I can’t wait to bring more clothes here for tailoring and for dry cleaning. A++++ Service!

Terrific tailoring. Lost a significant amount of weight. The owner and seamstress did a prompt, accurate and convenient measurement. The results were quite well done, with no issues, very reasonable prices. Have been disappointed in the tailoring and cost at clothing retailers. All my alterations will go here from now one.

Personal Cleaners can restore life into a garment that you fear has been ruined by a stain. Their tailoring is solid. And I have trusted them with Valentino, YSL, St. John, etc.

Roman rocks! Personal Cleaners offer great cleaning services for clothing and the tailor does a fantastic job. All my clothes look better on me with a little nip tuck of the fabric. Also, when I need rush service they always come through.
