So as I went around this store looking once again (after visiting OfficeMax) for the Lost Land of the Laptop Chargers I was disappointed that yet again I couldn’t find any. However I couldn’t help but try to ignore the laughing of the employees who were chatting away in conversation at the customer service desk as I looked lost wondering around the computer/​electronics areas. So I’m giving them 2 instead of 1 stars because they at least happily said Goodbye to me.

Great customer service! Went above and beyond helping me find the things I needed– Kelvin (one of the managers, I think) even helped me to my car with a shredder. Store hours are very convenient too– And they price match as well! Woo Hoo! Will definitely be back!

I had great customer service today from The manager Kerry. A chair I wanted had been mislabeled on sale. He took the time to go ahead and do the right thing and sell it at a great sale price. They get my business from now on!
