This doctor and his office staff are a joke. I made an appointment as a new patient. The first appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before I was to arrive. The doctor called in sick. I was handled very abruptly by their staff. No effort was made to reschedule me in a timely manner, and I had to wait 2 weeks for a second appointment. When that second appointment rolled around, I was called AGAIN while I was en route to the appointment to be told yet again that the doctor was «sick»! I spoke with a woman named Pat, and she was so unbeliveably rude that I was shocked. She told me to «Go find another doctor then» and «Having to deal with angry patients is no day at the beach for us either» and «What, do you think you’re his only patient?» This woman should be fired. Bottom line, the doctor and his office staff are a complete joke. I can only imagine what would have happened had I actually HAD my appointment, with the level of all-​around incompetence that I had to deal with. Go elsewhere!
