I was completely in love with this place after my lunch there today. I love small local cafés especially when they have unique and delicious creations like this place. I had the basil burger patty melt on focaccia bread with caramelized onions. Let’s just say it’s absolute delicious. I also loved the quinoa and millet salad as a side because it was so fresh. The homemade lemonade was an added bonus. The atmosphere inside was really cute and comfortable but we decided to sit outside because the weather was fabulous. It’s not the greatest place to sit because you’re right on the highway and the cars are pretty loud but other than that you get a nice view of a nearby horse farm.

I’ve been looking forward to eating at Herbe after reading so many good reviews. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. First off, the restaurant was COLD. Such a small establishment should not have been difficult to heat. I would have thought they’d take the hint when everyone in the place kept their coats on.
My grilled cheese, while tasty, came out lukewarm. I imagine it was grilled and sat waiting while my accompanying friend’s chicken sandwich was roasting. And for the price I expected a little more than fried «vegetable» straws for a side.
Service was friendly but very slow considering we were Herbe’s only custmers for the first half hour. Hopefully they put more effort in their dinner menu.

My husband and I stopped by here around 2:00 P.M. today. We were famished after a long hike and equally excited about trying the food after reading other Unilocal reviews. When we walked in, one of the two employees there told us they were closing early because they didn’t have any business today. She apologized and then laughed. Paul, who rarely lets anything get under his skin could not believe that they didn’t even offer to scrounge up something for us to eat. Oh, well. With customer service like that, I doubt they’ll be in business much longer.

First visit and what a pleasant surprise! We had French onion soup (outstanding!), quiche, grown-​up grilled cheese sandwich and the seared steak sandwich, plus shared a dessert. Everything was excellent. The décor is relaxing; the staff is friendly & attentive; the flavors are excellent. We will definitely return.

Girls night out with my daughters and wanted to try something new. Inviting, cute, eclectic atmosphere and live music was a nice touch. Extremely friendly, helpful waitstaff. Got the Basil Burger, this is a fresh, hand pattied gourmet burger w/​blueberry sauce, lots of flavor. Only complaint: both mine and my daughters burgers were under cooked. My side was the salad w/​house made raspberry vinaigrette. Mixed greens and veggies were very fresh. I am very picky about my salads and this one was excellent! Waiter kept the drinks full and was friendly and happy to answer my questions. Wish they were open for dinner more than 1 night a week.
