We had a wonderful time cooking and learning ways to eat healthier. The atmosphere was wonderful and Kimberly was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgable! We cooked an appetizer, meal, and dessert and we even got to take the left overs home! I would highly recommend going here over other cooking classes. Here we were not just a number, we were treated like family.

Happy and healthy ways is the best! Clean and cute environment. The owners Kim and Staci are fabulous and very helpful with any questions. They offer pick up lunches and dinners too, which is nice! All of their food is super healthy but vey tasty! I always leave feeling happy and full in the best way.
