I had a Philly Cheesesteak and it was awesome, but they had no condiments! We placed a large order for my office after one of their employees came around to all the office buildings in our area with menus claiming that they were a great delivery option for when we couldn’t get out of the office for lunch. After placing the order over the phone, we learned they did not have any mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, or Italian dressing for their oven baked subs. They didn’t even have most of the condiments listed on the Dominos website. The condiments they did have(dipping ranch and marinara for their pizza items) were available at an extra charge. If you are going to market yourself as a quick delivery sub shop, please go to Kroger and get some basic condiments and little cups to put them in yourself if your corporation doesn’t provide them. Also, there was only coke and diet coke INCANS which were horribly overpriced and only plain Lays potato chips. I’m never ordering from there again, which is a shame because that cheesesteak was pretty good.

Ordered online for a 6:10PM pickup. Arrived 6:10PM. Girl at very busy counter went to check, came back, said it was in oven. No problem. 6:25. Asked the guy now at counter to check. He said that there was no pizza with my name on it. Getting irritated at this point.(If I were a Domino’s employee, at THIS point I would have put pizza in). This guy walked away and I had to wait to get another person’s attention. Now I am seriously getting angry. Did I mention we paid online when we ordered? The third person went to look, came back several minutes later, and started apologizing, said there was an empty box with the order tag, but could not find the pizza in the oven. I was offered a free order of bread sticks if I wanted to wait NOW for my pizza to be made. I said no, give me a refund, and could I speak to the manager? The girl said the owner was making a delivery but the GM was there, did I want to talk to him. I said yes. She turned and walked to the line and spoke to a man making pizzas along with two others. I heard her tell him I wanted to talk to him about the pizza that never got made, and I heard him say it would be a few minutes. She came back and told me. I waited another five minutes when the first employee(who originally told me at 6:10 that it was in the oven) went back over and told him I was still waiting. He told her he couldn’t leave the line. I said very loudly, No problem, if the GM can’t be bothered to speak to a customer about a pizza that was never made, then that was fine. It was the last time I would have Domino’s. The ONLy employee I felt who genuinely felt bad for my lack of dinner to take home was name Brian. He should be running this place. This is the Domino’s on Clays Mill Road in Lexington, Kentucky.
