I’ve had a great experience with this place. Bought four tires there last year, and the associate was really good about listening to what I wanted out of a tire and giving me all the options. Also, the full coverage warranty is a godsend. Only $ 20 to replace a basically new tire after I picked up a nail.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The people who work at this establishment are the most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. I explained my situation to the kid and he did not listen to a single word I said. I had to speak to four different employees because every single one of them were incapable of offering me any real help. I still left without new tires because I could not find anyone in the building capable of helping me. This workplace is a disgrace to the Discount Tire name. I will never try to do business here again.

I was blown away by this place. I will never buy tires anywhere else. When the very professional manager told me they could have me in and out in about 30 minutes I laughed at him. I was out in under 25 minutes, plus they had the best price by far for Pirelli’s and even armoralled the tires.
