Days Inn Lexington

Yuck. Just returned home from a week in this pit. Thanks company I work for. Rude staff for starters. Requested late check out, was told it was impossible because the housekeeping staff only works a half day. That’s very obvious. I inadvertently spilled coffee on my bed sheet, and when I returned from work, my bed was made, but the coffee stain was still there. Thanks! You could have left clean sheets. I can make a bed. Never, not once in a week, did I hear or see evidence of a vacuum cleaner. Gross. I wrote dust me with my finger on the headboard dust. The bathroom was never cleaned in a week. The only plus to this hotel was the quiet, but pleasant woman running breakfast.

Place is disgusting. Rotting sandwich with bugs left in the microwave, old coffee in the coffee maker, used soap in the bathtub, stuck in a smoking room that stinks horribly. Place is a bit grungy and the road is filled with potholes.

Very nice rooms, hot breakfast, and free WiFi. Clean and the staff is helpful. Great inexpensive hotel for my business trip.
