I wanted to use this company to do some work on our HVAC system at our house. The sales guy came out to see our situation and propose a game plan. We were on board and when we tried to schedule an appointment to get the work done, we were pushed off over and over again for customers who has broken HVAC systems. «Maybe next week» I was told several times. Eventually, I didn’t even get return phone calls. It was very disappointing and I know where the priorities of this company lies.
