Chino’s Pizzaria

Not great. Interesting concept of Asians making Italian food in a restaurant. That alone should tell you something. It’s interesting that they moved to a poorer section of Lexington and out of Chevy Chase. Now they sell Chinese food and pizza. Interesting concept. You can’t be a master at both, be better to focus on just Chinese.

Solid food, cheap prices.
For the prices they have, the food is awesome and are large portions. I order here off and on and haven’t been disappointing with their quality of food. I would give it a try! Try some of their specialty pizza’s.

Look. You know going in that any place with Chinese, pizza, wings, pasta, cheesesteak, and fish all on the menu is going to be an adventure, right? The first time we ordered from here, we did it on a lark; we thought it would be super weird. You know how sometimes a Chinese buffet will have «spaghetti» or «chicken nuggets» out and it’s just so odd you have to try it? That’s what we expected. But what we found instead really surprised us. We’ve ordered a few times now and each time we’ve come away pleased. They have decent pizza for instance – not great, but decent It’s not as good as say Goodfella’s or Grey Goose (two of my local favorites), but it’s as good as, say, Mad Mushroom or West Coast – and better by far than Papa John’s über-​sweet sauce and creepy off-​putting CEO. :) We’ve also had a meatball sub here. Again, not great, but pretty decent. Domino’s, Fazoli’s, and Donato’s are probably all a bit better, but we’re not setting the bar super high if we’re comparing to those joints aren’t we? What we found though is that their Asian dishes are actually pretty good. They have REALLY good wonton soup. The broth is flavorful and the dumplings are plentiful and stuffed with tasty pork. Their fried rice is also very good. They don’t skimp on the good stuff and they pack the containers completely, unbelievably full! My wife loves the crab Rangoon, though I find ‘em a little sweet. The Chinese appetizer wings (not the buffalo-​style wings) were tasty, but small enough that the bones break easily, which has always made me a little queasy for some reason.
So why am I giving them four stars when I’m saying the food is middling-​to-​good? Our experience has been that their prices are excellent for the quantity and quality of food, while their service has been outstanding. We order online, and send them specific instructions (no onions, or extra hot mustard). They always get it exactly right, they always arrive within the promised window, the food is always hot, and the delivery driver is always very pleasant and courteous.
If you’re a food snob, then yeah, stay away. This is not your place. If I want a nice upscale dinner, I’ll look somewhere else. But if you’re part of a working family who just wants decent food at a fair price after your 8^th soccer game of the weekend, and you appreciate interesting menu options and good service, Chino’s will work just fine.

Ordered pizza for delivery last night when looking for a new place to try and am glad I tried here. The pizza was great, decently priced, and a nice change of pace from the bigger chains I’d normally order from. Will definitely be ordering again.

horrible. ordered food at my hospital and absolutely horrible. how do you mess up strawberry cheese cake? well they managed to do it. i ordered strawberry cheese cake with my food and first it was warm. then the strawberries they put on top was runny which of course made the crust of the cheese cake soggy. i ordered potato skins. with no onions and what do you know i got onions. the bacon was under the cheese which of course means that the bacon wasnt done what so ever. and i ordered chicken strips and they strips where so hard and tough that i bit into one and tried to rip it and it flew out of my hand and down my shirt getting sauce everywhere. when they first came out it was all the craze but now they are absolutely horrible. i wouldnt feed this crap to my dog and she eats anything. my coworkers ordered as well and everything was soggy and cold. and please dont try to get a refund. you will get the complete run around. cant wait for someone to shut them down.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for their Chinese food, pizza, or wings.
The portion size was large for the price, I’ll give them that. But if the food isn’t any good, the portion/​price thing doesn’t really matter.
The fried rice was flavorless. The bourbon chicken was tough, overly chewy and there was no bourbon flavor to be found
The pizza was uninspiring too. I’d pick Papa Johns or Dominos any day.
The wings were awful. They had the texture of a floppy boneless wing (like the cheap frozen ones) but they weren’t boneless.
Overall, super disappointing and underwhelming.

A little slice of heaven!!! I ordered a medium pizza and a pepperoni roll and ate almost the entire thing by myself lol. The pizza was hot and the cheese was amazing! I found the place just looking for «good pizza in lexington» on Google and I had to go back and thank Google lol. I highly highly recommend trying this place out. I honestly would drive across town for it!

I work close to Chino Dada and I’ve tried several things on their menu including pizza, Chinese food, salad, mozzarella sticks, etc. It’s always hot and fresh. The side salads at lunch are excellent. You can get 4 pizzes for like $ 25, you can beat it!

I didn’t know that Chino’s delivered to my house, and had no idea how amazing the food was! It arrived at my house in 30 minutes (no more, no less) and was steaming hot and delicious.
The pizza toppings were very fresh (Green Peppers, Onions, Cheese) and the meat was delicious (Chicken) We also ordered the Onion roll w/​meat (sausage) and it was so good, i’ll order it every time.
The menu selection is fantastic, I hope more people realize that Chino’s delivers to our area, because these guys deserve it!

Their chicken curry pizza is AMAZING :) I also love their Hawaiian and straight up Pepperoni. This is really great quality pizza for the price, and you can get a great deal with their daily specials/​family specials. We always get a side salad for only $ 2. I highly recommend this place because not only is the food great, but its fast as well, usually ready 15 – 20 minutes after we order it. Best pizza we’ve had so far in Lexington.

Wings burt. Pizza, well kroger frozen pizza is better. Leaving home now to get domino’s to replace this so called food

Great for families and groups to dine in. You will get outstanding service – this is a family owned business and the employees/​owners are genuinely happy to see you there.
The pizza is some of the best I’ve had in Lexington, way better than the ubiquitous cardboard chain garbage – try the barbecue chicken pizza!
Chino’s is truly a hidden gem for Chevy Chasers. I would definitely eat there again and my son at UK has now begun ordering delivery from them since I took him there – I saw all the old boxes in his apartment this weekend.

If I could give negative stars I would. The menu they gave me looked like a kid made it. They used a pen to change prices, any place that doesn’t even care enough to get that right ! I ordered «cheese sticks» or cheese bread, it was really bad, took one bite and the rest went into trash. Also I ordered a pizza, the crust had zero flavor. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
