Boone Driver School

My son turned 16 and I knew I did not have the patience to teach him to drive. I looked around and found Boone Driver School.
They charge $ 66 per hour. We scheduled my son for an hour and would see how he liked it and schedule more time if needed. The driver was an older man who arrived promptly at 5PM. He asked my son a few questions and then myself. My son is nervous and had approx 10 hours of driving (this was explained at the time of registration).
They loaded up in the car and left. Then I see them circle the block. Then again and again. My son literally drove around my block and in my neighborhood only. Not once did he head out of our neighborhood. After the hour they pulled back into the driveway my son got out of the car and I got up to go outside. The instructor had already backed out of our driveway and was leaving.
No overview of how it went. Nothing.
I asked my son where did he go. He said around the block. I asked if he parked for him. He said no. How about backing up? Nope. He said he turned right allot.
I am very disappointed in how unprofessional the instructor was. You’d think he would have at least walked my son to the door and gave us a synopsis of his skills. All in all I wasted $ 66.
