Stay Away. Initially they were great on the phone and were happy to take my money for an expensive gift certificate. Now
the will not answer the phone and have fled the Augusta Rd location. If I could give zero stars I would because at this point they
have stolen my money and don’t have the courtesy to answer the phone. Prior years awards? Probably fraud too.

I bought a deal on groupon and never got to use it. You have to schedule 2 months in advance, and when I had to change my schedule, It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. I left several voicemails but they were never returned. Avoid!

On the surface, the car looks good. They detailed the whole surface, inside and out. The problem is, my car is still soaking wet 12 hours later, my windows are streakier than they were when I took it in, there is no evidence of vaccuming under the seats, and my stereo is damaged. The guy, Marvin, brought a couple of young teenagers with him, and I can only assume they did a lot of the work, because the detail work (which is what I was pauing for in the first place) is negligible at best. All this for $ 150, which I was encouraged to pay in cash so I could avoid sales tax and the credit card usage fee.
Also, 12 hours later, no receipt with the service details on it, as promised.
Never again.

Appointments must be made over a month in advance, which I find somewhat ridiculous. Also, I made an appointment weeks in advance that was rescheduled the day of due to poor weather that day.

Great family owners. You can’t help but love Diana (phone answering/​house cleaning) as she is responsive, polite and considerate. Her husband, who deals with the cars, also has a wonderful personality. Lots of kids run around the shop asking you for quarters — but if you have a good attitude, it’s just fine.
My car needed extra mold treatment and they were more than willing to do an update job about 3 weeks after the detail– didn’t even charge for it! My car is more clean and beautiful than it has ever been in 3 years!
