The employees were not very knowledgeable the night that I visited. Also, they did not wrap my batteries properly and now I have an added expense.

I usually find vape shops that are rude, unprofessional, and unorganized where I’m from. But visiting this was was above awesome they helped me find the flavors I was looking for and had them in stock in low nicotine mixes.

Very chill environment. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the house blends are tasty. 723 feels a little less corporate than AltSmoke, which I personally prefer. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t yet.

I’m relatively new to vaping. I started when my girlfriend took the plunge and bought a «starter kit» from a small local vaping store, encouraging us to both quit smoking tobacco. We both LOVE it and are feeling great about the transition. Excited to learn more about the many many options, I’ve been to a few of the different stores in town. One, which I’ve reviewed separately, was a real turn-​off. Another, where my girlfriend bought the starter kit, is very convenient to my house but is tiny and the three times I’ve been in has seen one clerk trying to help several people at once.
A buddy suggested 723 Vapor and I think it’s the best fit. Not as convenient to me but worth the extra time especially when I combine other nearby errands.
I was worried when I first went in since it seems to be a hipster joint. I’m an aging hipster so can usually hang but sometimes it’s just put on too thickly and I’m outta there. This place balanced the hipster quotient with a good dose of genuinely friendly service. I had lots of questions and was answered without feeling talked down to. Lots of information to absorb and they did a good job of helping me do triage to decide what combination of equipment would fit my needs and desires as a stepping stone away from the starter kit.
The clerks and the customers, as seems to be normal in this type of establishment, were one-​upping each other with tales of flavors and huge clouds of vapor. Instead of being annoying you could tell that they were enjoying it and their enthusiasm was contagious, not exclusionary like another local place I’ve tried.
Then, there’s the juices. Again, I’m relatively new to this whole thing but the quality of the brands they carry seemed at least one notch, if not several notches, above the stuff carried elsewhere. They do have a house-​brand which is made here in town (one of the owners has a «clean room») but they also have several other juice suppliers from around the country.
Sure, it’s a bit of a boutique, and the prices seemed a bit higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere, but I think it’s a place where beginners and pros alike could go to expand their knowledge base and walk out the door feeling like they belong, not like they’re an outsider.

This is an excellent location for people who want some of the best customer service possible.
723 Vapors has more flavors and styles of liquid, all of it free to try, than anywhere I’ve been before. And they have brands that are well known around the country.
