This Apartment complex borders a low income section of the city. It is however gated for the appearance of security, newly remodeled, attractive units and reasonably priced rent. Problem is they want to know your life history when you apply for an apartment. Asking for a copies of your SS card and drivers license, background check, 2 recent pay vouchers, letter sent to your employer for employment verification, $ 250 application fee, $ 50 fee for each applicant, 2 drops of blood and 5 locks of hair… lol. This is NOT the typical application process in Lexington especially for «Upscale» apartment complexes. For a family in the six figure income bracket looking for a short term place to live the Application process was insulting. This place wants to be «Upscale» but falls short when it comes to the Application process. Anyone who has experienced true UPSCALE living will stay away. My opinion… you get what you pay for.
