Great service from Mark and Donna. Reset iPod Touch, fixed daughters cracked screen on iPad, and got my puter up and running after a 20 oz coffee dump. Bad month for our family in the electronics arena but all ended well after taking items to Marks Electronics. Reasonable pricing and great communications

I just had my 73″ Mitsubishi television repaired at Mark’s Electronics. I took it in Thursday and they had it fixed Saturday! lightning fast service and reasonable prices. they have repaired my computer and stereo equipment previously and always have done great work! I highly recommend them to everyone in the Southern Maryland area.

Call the manufacturer to fix your TV. I was charged the $ 80 diagnostic fee which I agreed. I picked up my TV less than 24 hours later since the manufacturer offered to fix my TV at no cost even though they said that they wouldn’t before I dropped off the TV. Mark was on vacation when I dropped and picked up the TV and the nice lady behind the front desk told me that nobody even touched the TV and that she’d ask Mark if I could receive a refund. I called Mark and he said either way I wasn’t getting a refund. How can you stand behind your business when you didn’t even touch my TV and I still get charged the $ 80 «diagnostic» fee? I am very disappointed. Reputation is everything when you’re a business owner…

I brought in a car stereo for repair. I was clear with the front desk clerk that the item needed to be returned by next week’s Thursday. I was told that would be enough time. I paid $ 100 just for them to take a look at it. When I called the next week, I was told it was going to take longer, and I was very clear that it had to be done by the next day as we were leaving town. It was not done the next day, it was in pieces and though they had removed the CDs from the changer, they had done no other work. Then they said, «Well, you should have brought it in a year ago when you first contacted us,» which is completely beside the point and irrelevant. All that mattered was when it was taken in. We paid $ 130 for a CD disc changer to be taken into pieces and had the CDs removed over a 9-day period. Electronics repair offices are very few and far between, yes. Go farther than this one.
