Was visiting family in Southern Maryland, and me and my lady got a chance to step out to watch the UFC194 event with Conor McGregor Vs. Jose Aldo as the main event. The previous 193 event where Ronda Rousey got knocked out, we had attempted to watch it at another BWW location but after 8:30 that wait for a seat was about a hour and a half. So expecting the same at this location, we got here at around 8:00 and actually got a pretty good seat. We expected the fights to go until maybe 11:30 — 12 am, but it seemed like almost every fight went the distance, and that pushed the main event back to like 1:00 am. Our server was very nice. We ordered some appetizers to start, and then a little later we ordered a large asian zing wings. The food was awesome, Those wings were the truth. The only thing messing up my evening was this other server, who kept bumping my chair and apologizing. The first time she did it I was cool, The second time was okay, but she did it at least 15 times throughout the night, and one time included the use of a high chair. There was more then enough space for her to walk through, and it got to a point where I felt she was doing it out of spite, though i’m not sure of the reason. My lady even noticed that she was doing it, before i even said anything. I’m a big guy, but nobody else the whole night bumped my chair. Let alone doing it almost 20 times. It got to the point that whenever she was about to walk behind me, I would look back at her. After I did that a few times she stopped, but by that time the night was damn near over. Had I not waited all that time to see that fight, I would have definitely had some unpleasant word for this girl, but I wasn’t trying to have to leave before the main event so I endure it, as annoying as it was. Our actual server was very good, and she came back to check on us from time to time even after i’m sure she knew we were just watching the fights, and I made sure to leave her extra on the tip for taking up her table time. I would definitely come back to this location, but if anybody bumps my chair on a casual night, I may have to leave that joint like Reese Bobby left Apple Bees. #ShakeAndBake

Today I tried the street tacos that were on their seasonal halftime huddle menu. When they came out I have to admit I thought they were incredibly small and unimpressive. BUT!!! They were pretty darn good. For $ 5.49 they were perfect. The garlic tossed grilled chicken inside was nice and spicy. The toppings of pico de Gallo and cilantro was crisp and refreshimg. I thought the chicken had a spicy buffalo flavor. The 3 little tacos were the perfect snack. This dish is not for someone who is looking for a pound of food for supper because they are starving. The perfect snack. Service at Bdub, well that’s for another day. I enjoyed my tacos so I don’t feel the need to ruin my positive review. My only advice for the bartenders is turn around and face the customers.

Buffalo Wild Wings has always irritated me: it taunts me with its fiery assortment of delicious wing sauces(my favorite being Mango Habanero), but the service is just so dang slow and disorganized. The Food… Buffalo Wild Wings serves sports bar food, but of a greater variety. Although I have not explored much of the menu, I highly recommend the Boneless Chicken Bites. If you love fiery spice and tang, I further recommend the Mango Habanero wing sauce. Though you will also find an outstanding variety of wing sauces and rubs to satisfy those that prefer creamy, mild, or smoky flavors as well. The Atmosphere… Buffalo Wild Wings is the evolution of a sports bar into a sports restaurant. Though it does not feel very genuine since every restaurant is just a carbon copy of the others. Gives off that commercial vibe, just saying. Whether you want Basketball, Baseball, Football… if the game is worth caring about, I imagine it will be displayed on one of the many flat-panel displays around the restaurant. And with booths, chairs, or bar seating, it is generally comfortable for everyone. The Price… Perhaps to compensate for the ridiculous quantity of flat-panel displays or the selection of sauces/rubs for the wings, the prices at Buffalo Wild Wings are a bit higher than what you would expect to pay for something like wings. Expect about $ 1.50 per chicken bite, if memory serves me. The Service… And here is where BDubs has always failed me. My personal experience has been extremely slow and disorganized waiter service at multiple BDubs locations. I can’t explain it, but it is not uncommon for a simple lunch order to take 20+ minutes to arrive at the table, which is only after waiting 10+ minutes to get served, all of which is followed by 15+minutes to give/receive the check. And that is if things went smoothly. I have had this experience multiple time at Philadelphia and Southern Maryland locations. It was often frustrating because as I sat waiting for my meal, I could observe the inefficiencies of their service. It doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the personalities of the staff, but rather in the way they are organized into the serving the dining area.

All B dubs are the same. But my girl Tonica made our night the best. Now that’s good service.

I would normally never give a chain like this 5 stars but this area is a culinary wasteland(Mission BBQ being the sole exception) and out of all the places I’ve eaten at over the past couple of months this is the *only* one where I’ve had uniformly excellent experiences. The food is solid and delivered to the brand standards 100% of the time(whether you like those or not is the only question), the servers are friendly and they are open later than almost anything else I’ve found.

Melissa our server was very attentive and a great waitress! She was very friendly, and checked on us several times. My husband got wings, I got a buff Chx wrap and we split an app of chili con queso. Food was great! Came out quick, and hott. Saw the reviews before and almost didn’t come, but I’m glad we did. We will come back!

This is the second time I have been here and to this location and it was the same experience that I had last time. The service sucked, the waitress sucked and the food sucked even more. If you are famous for your wings, why are they NEVER fresh and always come out warm and DRY!!! My mouth was so dry just from eating the nasty wings and to top it all of the waitress left us for at least 20 minutes even when I asked for my salad dressing and she failed to bring that back when she came back after 20 minutes. I don’t see how this place is still in business. Also they keep the bar area dirty. There was wings and carrots on the floor for at least 35 – 40 minutes before someone came over to clean it up. I will NEVERGOBACKTHERE! It’s horrible …

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. I have been frequenting various ‘BDubs’ across the country for years, and have NEVER experienced such a rude, detached, inattentive staff. The bartender didn’t even engage us, we sat down and had a waitress who we had to find to get new beers. And in case I didn’t mention, we were the ONLY people in the restaurant… And now I know why. And at the end of the night we sat there, with empty beer glasses for 20 minutes, until it was closing time, and literally hadn’t seen a staff member for 15 minutes, and the manager walked by… We flagged her down and she asked ‘what do you need?’ a REALLY?! It’s 12:57am, and we’re sitting here with empty beer glasses and you close at two… The check, thank you. I usually tip in the 50−75% range, she got 2.47, and I feel like I overtipped a LOT! Shame on you BDubs… This is unacceptable.

Another Chain restaurant in St. Mary’s County. Clean bathrooms and eating area — always packed when there is a sports event on. Great for kids to play trivia whilst you can eat, however it costs. I am not a fan of BWW presentation — served in paper dishes and sauces in plastic ramekins, they’re carbon footprint always bothers me. The one thing I do love about Buffalo Wild Wings is their Sauces, specifically the Mango Habanero(if you like it a little spicy). Their wings are highly priced, so if you’re into their sauces, just get the sauce and buy some wings from Walmart down the street. Take them home, heat them up and lather them in the sauce. I also found a great recipe for those who like the Habanera Mango sauce. Overall my experiences in the venue have been sub par — it’s a quick place to eat for the wing freaks, but overpriced for what it is. BUFFALOWILDWINGSMANGOHABANEROSAUCE 2 cups mango nectar habanero sauce(recommend El Yucatan, amount to taste) 1 tablespoon corn syrup 1⁄4 cup pepper sauce(Frank’s) 1⁄3 cup butter(melted) Put the mango nectar in a large pan and add the amount of habanero sauce you want. mix it up. should be a nice bright orange. put it on medium heat and let it simmer, stir intermittently and reduce to about ¼ cup volume. Add corn syrup, cayenne sauce and melted butter. Mix. Cook the chicken however you want. Toss the wings/chicken in your sauce.

So I went to this location during the end of February. They advertise a special sauce of each month. It was odd that they didn’t have the sauce of the current month since they will be switching to next months sauce. When I asked, they didn’t even have the special sauce for the new month. There must be a cushion of days between switching from the sauce of each month.

My friends and I just got back from dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings… the service was terrible, we waited over an hour for four orders of wings, our waitress went out of her way to ignore us and the food we did eventually get was certainly not worth the wait. I have always looked forward to eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings, but I will never be back. Between the poor service and the sub-par wings, I can’t think of anything good to say. To add to the experience, there were about 5 – 8 waitresses/employees just standing around in a circle chatting for about 45 minutes doing absolutely nothing while we were waiting to get our food. Seriously disappointing.

I don’t get what the rave is about with people saying their wings are good. I like mine a little crispier than some people I guess. The ones I tried were kind of mushy and I really would have liked mine cooked longer. Seasoning and flavor was ok. I also think they are a bit on the pricey side. Our waitress did not come ask us if we needed refills on our drinks. If I go back I think I’ll order a sandwich or a burger! If you want a quiet place to eat, don’t go here… so loud!

It’s getting worse! Chicken is still woefully undercooked. Worse yet, a member of our party was sickened and they didn’t even have any chicken(cross contamination). The beer and trivia are the only reason to enter this building. The service sucks, the management hides, and the food will make you ill. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to!

Loved the boneless wings here. The bar staff was friendly and brought us out food quickly. The only complaint is that lack in variety of beers they have on tap. The bartender agreed that they needed a less IPAs/more variety.

Me and the boys decided to come here on Thursdays. The time the service bad they didn’t bring the food out tile like 40 – 60 mins after the order was taken. Keep in mind the place wasn’t busy at all. We just thought it was like that because we showed up at 1140pm. So the next time we showed up the exact same time but service was worse then anything I have ever experience. First no one even bothered to come to our table to take our orders. I had to go find a waitress she took our orders but she didn’t bring any drinks back tile like 30 mins. They didn’t even clean our table before we sat down. All the tables in the place were dirty. First place I ever been to that the food beat the drinks out. We told the manager he helped some but the people there didn’t seem like they care about anything. Don’t know if I will ever come back here again.

This could be the best sports bar… in a county with no other sports bars. Food is typically slow and undercooked. Chicken wings often arrive without being tossed in enough sauce(uneven coating) and the burgers are underwhelming. In short, do not order the food. That said, the beer is cold and the selection is surprisingly good. The staff is generally friendly and always seems willing to turn on any game you want, no matter how obscure the sport. It is not uncommon to see rugby on lacrosse on a tv. Of course, the popular American sports are plentiful. Managers are extremely friendly and generally bend over backwards for customers. Weekends during football season are very packed and loud, especially Sundays. But it’s a fun football environment.

Plain and simple; this place is terrible. The past two times my girlfriend and i have gone here have been enough to make me refuse to go back. The first time we went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 – 3. It was me, her, and her little girl, and the place was empty. We walk in and 4 or 5 waitresses are just standing around gossiping so we got ignored rather than seated. Once we finally did get seated our waitress took our drink orders and vanished. I don’t know what she was doing, but we were literally the only customers in the entire restaurant and it still took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. When we finally got a chance to order our food a group of teenage guys came into the place and our waitress then ignored us the rest of the time to flirt with them. After getting our cold food and no refills i look over to see her playing the damn claw machine with some of the teenagers. That’s right. Our waitress was unable to get us a single refill, because she was more preoccupied playing a game… The second time we came back was a huge mistake. We showed up on a Sunday. I knew it was a bad idea, but i wanted wings and couldn’t think of another place to go. The only reason i came back to BWW was because i couldn’t think of anywhere else to go… This time it was me, my girlfriend, and her nephew. Same deal. Service was extremely slow. Waitresses were nowhere to be found. No refills. Cold food, except for the kids burger which was burnt. After waiting 30 minutes just to get our check i find out our waitress tried to over charge us. She changed the kids $ 5 burger meal to the adults $ 10 meal, and charged my girlfriend for the fries that already came with her meal. The only part of this restaurant that amazes me is that it’s still open. I wrote to their customer feedback department, but i’ve never herd anything back from them. Do yourself a serious favor and skip this place. Go to Wall-Mart where you can get better wings and beer for half the price of what you’d pay at BWW, and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. Terrible food, terrible service, and just an all around awful establishment.

Wow, I hadn’t been to a BWW in years. I mean, years. The last time I was at one, back home in Kansas City, my buddy met a girl for the first time. They’re now celebrating their one year wedding anniversary. So… it has been a while. I ended up here because I flew in to DC, drove down, and was too early to get in to my hotel. Since I love football, I decided BWW was a great place to watch some games, grab some healthy food(…) and a couple beers while I waited. I got there around 12:15pm, so 45 minutes before the games, and it was dead. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was immediately helped by the very friendly bartender. She, along with her bartender in crime, were very efficient and friendly throughout. Their beer selection is pretty good, both on tap and in bottles. They have all the basics, but also have some tasty craft beers as well, so everyone should be fairly happy with the selection. For food, I got the chicken tenders with fries. You can choose a sauce for the tenders, but apparently they aren’t actually tossed IN the sauce, it just is a side of sauce, which was disappointing. I got the Mango Habanero sauce, one of the hotter ones, which packed a good punch but still had a lot of flavor. The building seemed fairly new, and was very, very clean. Lots of TVs, of course, which were all large and clear. BWW gave me exactly what I expected, and I cannot fault anything in that regard. Solid place to watch some games.
