Whataburger

Nauseating to say the very least. Will be contacting corporate next. They have a roach infestation. 2.5″ roaches crawling on the walls near customers heads. My 5 yr. old mentioned the big beetle on the wall and it scurried behind a woman’s head. Everyone saw and started moving to the other side of the restaurant. I alerted a very surprised and disgusted mgr. she couldn’t stomache killing it, so she had a male employee come out and squash it. Talk about losing your lunch. My family didn’t want to eat. 30 $ down the toilet! Then the people on the other side of the room came over and alerted me that they are leaving because the roaches are on the other side of the dining room as well. Again the boy had to come out and squish those. I let the mgr. know that people should have been refunded because of this horrible experience. Not the employees falt, but disgusting just the same. They are in dire need of an exterminator.

The best Whataburger location I have ever been to — hands down, the best service and food and VERY great staff! You will catch me there every two weeks (can’t eat Whataburger every day, I have tried and you WILL not feel well!)

Do NOT buy from here if all that you have is a $ 100 bill. Employs will stash the change and claim that they give it back to you. Steeling money is NEVER OKAY! My friend plans on taking further actions.

So much goodness! Friendly staff and excellent food. Anyone who complains about wait times at WB doesn’t understand that they make your burger to order.

When life calls for Whataburger this fills the void. This one is so über close to us that we have to forget to go there. DFW is becoming filled with a lot of burger places, In and Out Burger, Smashburger, Mooyah, etc (you get the point), but Whataburger endures as my go to place for a good solid burger. You can always rely on the fact that it will be made to order and fresh. Overall, Whataburger may be a little slower than some fast food restaurants, but you wait for quality. I think that this element is lost on people these days. So, give Whataburger a try before driving miles out of your way to have a fu-​fu burger. You’ll be supporting a Texas institution and you’ll leave satisfied.

This is my fave Whataburger location in Texas! Right on 121 on the way to DFW airport this is a must stop for me every time!
It’s always clean, it’s never crowded and the sweet ladies that work here are super friendly, always service with a smile :)
These ladies that work here keep that fry oil fresh to make the tastiest pomme frites!
Yes, I know this isn’t France but when the French fries are cooked this perfect they are pomme frites baby! Lol

Being from the Midwest it appears that Whataburger fills the role that White Castle fills for us. Open 24 hours, ubiquitous, tasty, and you’re filled with a bit of regret once you’re done.

Terrible. Slow service, bad food, will never go here again, ever, for any reason.

I haven’t been to a Whataburger in a long long time and we wanted to change up our routine of places we go to. Well to sum it up, I guess we will steer clear of Whataburger.
I don’t know if the remodel was good for this place or not. I wish my camera was working to show you the type of food they serve! We got the Honey Mustard Chicken Club because it looked amazing on TV. Well of course Whataburger paid their best employees to put it together for TV.
We receive our clubs and it looked like they beat it flat with their fist. I ate my sandwich in pieces rather than holding it in my hands. Lets just say my stomach didn’t enjoy it either. Thanks for the horrible experience.
Work on your food rather than your appearance and maybe you will do even better Whataburger!

I never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is friendly, food is good and drive-​thru is efficient. There’s really nothing to complain about.
