i had a very pleasant visit at the Lewisville location. i had to have an MRI and im VERY claustrophobic and have ptsd so anxiety and small spaces are not good. i told them so the scheduled me for the mri that is not closed. i didnt need a full body scan anyway so that was a relief. the technician continued to speak calmly to me the whole time. making sure i was relaxed and comfortable. and keeping updated on how long it would be. she even had a heated fan to gently blow warm air over u while u lie there so your not cold in the big open room of equipment! that was a nice touch. my results were«rushed» because of the nature and i had a disc to take with me when it was done.

Be careful they only want your money. Last MRI I didn’t get a call beforehand on how much I owed and when I got there they told me my portion was $ 1300. Nothing I could do but pay. Now I need an MRI of ankle– they got the order on Tuesday and waited until Friday at 639 pm to call me to let me know I would owe $ 1300 on Monday morning. I searched and found a place in south lake and called– the girl was so nice– they charge $ 773 and have the same magnet — 1.5 tesla. Needless to say I canceled the appt at touchstone and will yell from the top of my lungs to anyone who will listen to not use these money grubbing people.

DONOTGOTOTOUCHSTONEINFLOWERMOUND. Negligence and arrogance. These people provided very poor diagnostic of a Serious GI problem I was experiencing. They totally missed a very easy diagnosis(according to the six doctors that cared for me at the hospital). Yes, I ended up hospitalized for almost a week and underwent two surgical procedures to correct a problem that Touchstone said did not exist. The hospital docs were astounded that Touchstone missed it when the hospital’s additional ultrasound and a CT scan clearly showed the problem. I can only guess that the doctor who reviewed it was lazy and negligent in performing their duties. Having been home from the hospital for two weeks I received a bill for the patient pay portion of the negligent ultrasound. I called to tell them I didn’t think I should pay and I told them the background. While the billing office was horrified to hear my account, the flower mound office rejected my dispute and said regardless of how it was read that I owed my portion. I’ll pay it. But I want to urge you all not to go to these people. They are more interested in moving patients out quickly and getting paid than they are in caring for their patients. I wonder how many other conditions they’ve missed or misdiagnosed. Do not go here.

Friendly service if you need x-rays, MRI, ultra sound, and few other services. Staff are nice and there’s a lady there with a British accent! it caught me by surprise and I wanted to listen to her talk more. hahahha. They really do care about their clients here. Free cookies and water in the guest waiting area! I ate two cookies while waiting. They’re not cheap cookies either. It’s the otis spunkmeyer soft cookies! OOoo man… I wanted a whole box!
