This shop is a joke! As I walk into the repair garage, one young employee is cussing because he can't figure out a tractor he is working on. But my issue is directly related to how inadequate this store was in working with Briggs and Stratton warranty and repair. It seems like a scam to me.

Craig (an employee at this shop) admits he sees oil all around our lawnmower (just two months old) yet tells B&S warranty shop that this is our fault because the engine was out of oil. Craig seems to disregard the evidence the machine must have had a leak. Never will I do business with Briggs and Stratton or this hardware store.
