McDonald’s

McDonald’s orange juice now comes with protein (BUGS)!!! I posted a photo so you can see for yourself. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I drank half of it. I will never eat at this McDonald’s again. I strongly urge you to go ANYWHERE else.

I went into this store to allow my youngest daughter the chance to play off some extra energy. It was a HUGE mistake that won’t happen again. Had I not promised her she could play I would have turned around and walked as quickly as possible. This location is the worst McDonald’s that I can recall and that says a lot. It took me a while to find a table that was the least dirty. Each one had some sort of sticky substance on it that I can only assume and hope to be syrup. We arrived between the end of the peak breakfast time and lunch so they were not busy and should have been able to send someone in the play area to clean. At one point I had to unfortunately use the women’s restroom. Let’s just say it’s hard to pee when you are trying to make sure that the stall’s door doesn’t open because the locks are broken. I don’t care how much crying and begging my daughter may dish out I will NEVER step foot in this place again nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. You have been warned.

Awful. Twice I’ve gone to this location in 5 months and twice they have forgotten something. I should have read the review written in 2011 and I would have seen they haven’t improved in 4 YEARS. The first time they asked my name to write down in their book so I could have my next meal free, no such luck. I went there and they had no record of my call and I ended up leaving to go somewhere else, so when they offered to write my name down again I declined and asked for a refund over the phone. I ordered a salad and a kids meal with chicken nuggets. My 5 year old did not receive her chicken, but did receive a chicken nugget box filled with thousand island dressing. How the person bagging the food didn’t feel the obvious weight difference, I don’t know. I gave her the chicken off of my salad so she could have a complete dinner. I have two small children and stopped her to shave time off of my evening and I didn’t have the tome, or inclination, to pile everyone (and sleeping baby) back in the car to go back. I Called and the manager vehemently refused to give me a refund and only offered to write my name in their book of mistakes. I kindly explained how that didn’t help my chickenless situation right now. Since he said it wasn’t possible to refund my money over the phone, even if I gave him my card number and the info off of the receipt, I asked to speak to someone above him. I worked for a major restaurant chain that was much younger and didn’t have a fraction of the volume of stores McDonald’s has and we were always able to make adjustments on payments especially if there was a mistake. Now I am waiting to hear back from the franchisee, fingers crossed.

I usually go over here to get my Saturday breakfast and coffee, right before I start watching my EPL soccer matches. The food over here tastes like any other McDonald’s I have been to. Tastes pretty good, but as greasy as it can be. The reason why I have given this place a 3 star instead of a 4 is because a few times (4 or 5) I have been here during the late afternoon/​early evening and tried to get coffee, it turned out to be an ordeal. Now, I understand that they don’t usually have coffee ready around that time, and I completely understand them asking me to park my car in the parking area. What I don’t understand is that each and every time they forgot to bring my coffee to me. One time, I waited for 15 minutes and then actually had to go inside to remind them to give me my coffee. The other couple of times, I actually waited for 10 – 15 minutes and then just drove off without any coffee.

A great indoor place for little people to play. We had difficulty placing our order because the cashier was hard to understand. I was trying to order multiple items and gave up after repeating myself several times. That was frustrating. My friend that joined us for our playdate had difficulty getting the correct order. She ordered a burger with mustard and there was not any mustard on the burger. She also ordered a Happy Meal with nuggets and recieved a cheeseburger Happy Meal. After several trips to the front counter we received an extra order of nuggets. When we asked for a comment card the manager just apologized for our experience and never gave us a card.
We like this location for the play but the service is horrible.

This is one of the Baibrook McDonald’s franchises — they tried to spiff up the inside décor to make it look more «classy». I actually like the motif, but let’s get down to the service and food. Most of the time if you do drive-​through, they will forget 1 or more items in your order — and this is any time of day, not just during rush. The people are very pleasant — way more pleasant than most fast food workers I’ve encountered. As far as the food, let’s be honest, it’s a chain — the food tastes the same here as it does at the McDonald’s down the street.
