We bought an RV from May’s this weekend and had the BEST possible experience ! It’s refreshing to do business with a family of friendly, helpful folks who actually have names… not like in a big box store. This was like going back in time to the good old days. The true highlight of buying our first RV was our marvelous salesman, Steve Johnston ! He’s a nice guy with knowledge and great sense of humor. Steve answered my endless list of questions both in person and email. I highly recommend buying your next RV from Steve Johnston at May’s RV in Lewisville, Texas. He’ll make it fun ! Cynthia

George has been so helpful to me in getting our RV trailer working. And Dan helped me get the new lock tumblers installed despite the stuck cylinder! Highly recommended.

Picked up my Rpod after having it winterized. Clean, drained, flushed. Even took advantage of the $ 12 propane fill. Nice family owned dealership. Will definitely use May’s again. SK

This review is for the service manager and quality of work done in their service department, there are some very nice people at Mays RV. I bought a new Shamrock Hybrid at May’s RV, a couple of days after I purchased I got up on the roof and noticed there was a cut in it from the factory. Forest River was easy to work with on the warranty claim and sent a new roof membrane to May’s Service Department. So I dropped my trailer off to have the roof replaced(nothing else was wrong, this is a new camper) & when I got it back, it was a disaster. They actually damaged my trailer and made it worse, interior & exterior. Problems; *The new roof put on is the wrong color *Dented my gutter along the left side *Gutter down spout hanging off on the right side *My roof antenna no longer turns *Random new drill hole in my interior ceiling panel next to A/C unit *Plastic cowling in A/C unit is cracked around screws from over tightening *The fiberglass divider in my A/C unit is broken *Carpet in the slide out has roof adhesive on it, that poured in from the A/C panel when they were re-roofing. *Plastic inserts /molding around the interior vent fans are sagging & screws won’t tighten as the roof panels the screw grips have been stripped *Sealant missing in areas along exterior *When the service manager was asked how the wrong roof color could be put on, his answer was«I wasn’t paying attention to it». The guy has a terrible attitude to have a job facing the public, he behaves as if he hates life and his job and everything is a PIA. Harsh you say? Sadly, no. Because it’s the truth.
