We had to make an emergency purchase of a washer on Friday night after ours went out. We got on line and started checking around, Lowe’s had the best price on the one we wanted so we drove over there to get it, they did not have it in stock and we could not wait so they gave us a more expensive washer at the same price. They were so easy to work with and so professional. The washer was delivered when they said it would be and the delivery man was great, he hauled off the broken machine and set up the knew one and showed us how to operate it.

If I could give their intall services 0 stars, I would. Cash up front in the sum of $ 15k for new windows. 8 months later, they have yet to finish with 4 windows. They are«trying», but many mistakes, mishaps, and«wrong numbers in the system» nothing. Wrong numbers and yet, corporate has our numbers right, customer service is obviously not a real concern for this company. Additionally, do not use their contractor, A+ Door, as they are part of the issue as well. As of now, I am patiently waiting for the manager, Justin, or corporate to make this situation right. What a joke! Never again will I use this company for any installation services.

A bit disappointed by this location. They seem to be understaffed, I came by on a Sunday afternoon and the lines were four or five people long, and employees were hard to be found on the floor. When I did have an opportunity to speak with someone, they were helpful. With the exception of the woman helping us with propane. We parked in front of where they kept the tanks and waited forever. I finally saw someone come out, lean against some tanks, and whip out a phone. I went out to try and get my tank, and she«informed» me that she had been looking for us… I’m sorry, we are right in front of you. If you are trying to come in and out, be careful during busy times. Better off at home depot with self checkout. However, employees are helpful here, so depends on the time of day.

To start off, I just don’t understand why people rate Lowe too low?! For me though, I experienced very very great service here. Staffs here they were nice and helpful. Lowe has everything I want for home improvement and stuff and GOODDEALS! Last time me and my boyfriend went to Lowe to buy washer and dryer because we knew they were very good deal here. They do delivery for FREE and so appliance installment for FREE. I love this location to be honest.

How does one rate a Lowe’s or a Home Depot? Let’s see, I was looking for a ladder that would get me to a place that was 25 feet above ground. I found the ladder, it was pretty reasonably priced, the ladder helped me get the job done, and the people who work there were very friendly and helpful. I can’t think of anything else that I can write about this place.

Same bad experience here in their flooring dept. Very hard to get help at this store. Looks like only one person there really knows what she is doing. But she doesn’t care if you are waiting for 10mins or 2 hours. It’s too bad that one bad experience paints a bad picture of this whole store.

Can never find help in this store. You’re better off driving across the street to Home Depot where customer service is much better. I tried ordering a range from here, wasted a month waiting for it only to be told it won’t be coming and I needed to come in store to pick out a different one. I’ll take my business to Home Depot from now on.

They are very helpful when you can find someone to help you in the department. I was shopping for flooring and the sales associate appeared to be distracted. I was trying to ask questions about carpet since I know very little and I felt as if he didn’t really want to educate me on why the prices were so different on carpet. While perusing the plumbing area, I did not recieve any service for anyone. I had questions about vanities and was unable to get help. This concerns me about this location. I also visited the paint department and the associate walked by me without even speaking to me. I have to admit I was a little disappointed in the service at this location becuase it was not busy when I visited.

Shangri-La for the do it yourself crowd, Lowe’s has everything you would expect from a home improvement superstore. From tools to appliances, garden center to lumber yard Lowe’s has everything the amateur handyman could want and even most the professional needs. They have a knowledgable and helpful staff that help me prepare for my home repairs and debacles.(I can’t be sucessful at *all* of them.) Lowe’s is one of those stores where I can wander forever. They always seem to have plenty of things I didn’t come in needing. By the end of the visit, I come up with a good reason I must have it though. After all, the right tool for the right job… Endless aisles of home improvement products, a large garden center, and a very helpful staff are combined to make Lowe’s my favorite of the superstore variety. They lack the local flair and neighborhood familiarity of the local hardware store, but they are a great alternative. Especially when you need a diverse list of items.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up to the Lewisville Lowes and their staff. Whenever I’m there I never have a problem finding someone to help me. As a matter of fact, the employees are usually there asking me if I need help. Today I had 4 different employees(at various times while I was in the store) ask if they could be of service. I appreciate it. I can’t say the same for the Home Depot across the street. Keep up the good work guys.
