I would NEVER RECOMMENDED this“company”! First of all, the website they have listed expired 11÷11÷13 due to lack of payment. So they just made slight change and opened new site. It claims ²⁴⁄₇ service. WRONG. On 11/​24, I’d had to call ambulance at 5am to go to ER. After several hours I needed way home. On the website, you enter your info and it says it will be sent to driver immediately. I then received text that no cars were available (at 2:30pm on weekend day??). I responded that i felt his website was misleading, I truly had the worst day of my year (it was the 4yr anniversary of my only child, my 13yr old son hanging himself). He then changed his story and said it was due to the weather! HUH??? I dare anyone to check the weather that day! He was awful, unprofessional, rude, and just couldn’t be bothered to help a woman in need for a mere $ 30 trip. Or maybe he couldnt break away from the Cowboys game! When I told him I would be posting my negative experience, he said «I have a lawyer I pay $ 350/​hr to take care of people like you». STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIDICULOUS, UNSCRUPULOUS MAN! And I am not close to done. I plan on contacting local media, the BBB, and anything else to get this man what he deserves!

Would not recommend these people at all. You make your reservation online for the next day, you get a text confirmation, and then nobody shows up at the scheduled time.
Then you try to call the phone number listed on the web page, only to find that there is no real person answering it. It is a recording telling you to make your reservation online.
Had to scramble to find another ride to get to my appointment on time.
