I will definitely be going back to Lana for any future alterations. I came in with a bridesmaid dress needing to be let out at the seam 4 days before the wedding. She completed it in 2 days for me. You can tell she cares about what she does and about making her customers happy. She didn’t charge an arm and a leg either. I am a very pleased customer!

After getting a ridiculous quote on a minor alteration I needed on a dress (shortening of straps) from another nearby tailor, I stopped in here and was thrilled with my experience. I was greeted by the warmest, nicest lady, fitted, pinned, and then given an extremely reasonable quote for the work and it was to be done in several days. Just picked up my dress, the work was done beautifully and on time. Highly recommend and will return any time I need alterations.

I was really hoping this tailor would be good, as she had good reviews here and on Google. It’s so unfortunate that her sewing is so unclean. I took 3 couch pillows that each needed one seam sewn on one side of the pillow, and when I came back to pick it up, the gray basting thread was still in my all brown pillows, there were brown threads hanging out of all the pillows, and the seams were like long rolling waves, instead of straight! One of the pillows seams was obviously bunched up, large enough that I could grab the bunch with my fingers, and when I showed it to her, she said, «What?» And then, «It’s hard to do this». She shouldn’t have taken the job, if it is too hard for her. And, in response to leaving the basting thread in it, «I don’t have a microscope to do the job». WOw. If you’re too old to see your own basting thread, that is seriously unfortunate that you are a tailor. I would have given her 1 star, but I gave her 2 stars because initially she seemed really nice. Also, she charged $ 25 to put one seam each in 3 pillows. I will definitely not use her again. There looks like there are some well reviewed tailors in Grapevine. I would recommend using them.

This place was very close to my home. My pants needed a new zipper so I decided to check it out. My pants were ready sooner than expected, but I was the one who had to call to ask if they were ready. Other places I’ve used called you. That is the only reason I knock off 1 star.

This place is very good. I took my clothes here to be altered and she did a very nice job. I’m surprised I’m the first to review this place, as she has been here for 20 years. Clean dressing room. Prompt service.
