If you get the feeling that this Dr. is aloof and will only tell you what you want to hear, then you are correct. Don’t make the same mistake I did. When things go wrong she will only blame you and not take responsibility for her side of things. In the end, I’m going to loose 3 teeth because of this dentist. I believe that is a cardinal sin for any dentist. I hope you think so too. She has nothing to say but to put all blame and responsibility on the patient and referring dentist. I’m writing this to save you the hassle. This dentist is not on your side. She is all about her and her money and the staff won’t listen once there is a problem. I called them to let them know I was having terrible pain with my invisalign treatment. I couldn’t get to the office because I was out of state for a residency program (which they knew about prior). They told me to continue to wear the tray I was in until I could get there. A dentist out of state took a look at my teeth and immediately told me Dr. Krieger was wrong to have me go forward with any treatment while I had temporary fillings, which she told me to keep until treatment was complete. They rotted out to the core and will have to be pulled. I was no where near the end of treatment, but she won’t admit it. Her solution is to drop the patients that have complications so her reviews and success rate don’t get affected. Beware! she seems very nice, but please don’t let that fool you. I did and it will cost me severely.

Great orthodontist and awesome staff! Never got another opinion on bottom only braces after meeting Dr Krieger! :)

Absolutely LOVE our new orthodontist! Dr. K is fantastic with both kids and their parents alike. He talks to the kids about their treatment, making them understand and be a part of what is going on with themselves; and he speaks to the adults in friendly, understandable terminology so that they, too, understand the process. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs orthodontic work at any level or age.
