My muffler had snapped right before my back axle and it was causing the whole thing to hang low, along with this obnoxious rattling noise from it hitting against the heat shield. I had several of my friends who work with cars regularly and they all said that it just needed to be welded back together. My boyfriend brought my car up to Miller Muffler this morning and the gentleman that helped him said that they wouldn’t be able to weld it because it was rusted and they’d need to replace the entire piping system. He tried to charge me $ 230! My boyfriend left and took it down to Jerry’s Muffler down the road. The gentleman there replaced the bolt and welded it back together in 15 minutes and I was only charged $ 50. Not only that, my boyfriend specifically told me that he was very kind and helpful. My car sounds great and no more rattling! I’m just lucky I had friends who knew what the real problem was and it saved me from wasting my money at Miller Muffler. Obviously, Jerry’s knows how to take care of their customers. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Just so the customers know the“shop crew” doesn’t wait on the customers they work on the cars. You just have to go into the office and the ball will get rolling from there. Sorry things didn’t work out for Richard.

I called Jerry on a Thursday to make an appointment to install a catback system on my Charger. He informed me, with hospitality, to bring it by on Friday and he’d have no problems whatsoever installing it. I arrive on Friday, with no greeting and was shockingly shrugged off by all three mechanics in the shop. The receptionist, who was sweet, was very helpful and told me the Jerry would be with me shortly. 20 minutes later… I decided to leave after not receiving any type of acknowledgement from the shop crew. Money in my hand and a simple product installation wasn’t enough to demand the attention I deserved.

Jerry’s Muffler is a ma and pa shop, where Jerry is the owner. He enjoys stock car racing, and his passion is adored on the walls of his store through various trophies collected over the years. I was recommended to go here by discount tire; at first I was reluctant to take the referral. Jerry was very humble and explained what was wrong with my car in detail. He also provided maintenance tips on how to prolong my tires. The price for his service was very reasonable as most places charge over $ 100 for an alignment. At Jerry’s, it came out to be less than $ 50. My car drives like new again! Jerry’s is now my number one neighborhood mechanic.
