Jack in the Box

Pulled in to the drive through at ten and the person on the intercom said «hold on a minute» after around six minutes and no one answering our voices we pulled up to the window. Upon arriving at the window the cashier, kitchen emp, and one other emp was leaning on the counter on their phones. The kitchen emp looked aggravated when we saw him and he raised his hand after a look and the gave the one minute sign. After three more minutes a guy came to the window with a jacket on and asked «what would you like?» The kitchen emp went back to leaning on the counter and his phone behind him. In the end for one large order of curly fries we were there for almost twenty minutes. Unacceptable

Always dirty, and the staff usually look like drug users.

I love jack in the box, and this location is the closest to my house. Recently, this location has been having trouble with short staffing which is sad, because I love my late night taco runs and they’ve been closed the last few times I went. Just today, I made it through the drive thru in time before they closed (again, because of short staffing). I ordered tacos and curly fries. The girl got my order correct but apologized and said they were out of curly fries, which I told her was fine. I was the last customer before they had to close. Since they were out of curly fries, she gave me a large regular fries with my tacos for free! I work with customers myself, and I’ve experienced short staffing first hand, and I know how incredibly stressful it is. The fact that the worker apologized for the lack of curly fries and went out of her way to accommodate me was very unexpected and I really appreciated it. I don’t expect to get something for free just because a company or business is having trouble, but in this instance, I didn’t want her excellent customer service to go unrecognized. Thank you!

MOD was racist. He served two Latino customers two minutes before us and then proceed to tell me the lobby was closed. (It was 10 pm, the door clearly states the lobby does not close until midnight.) We went through the drive through. He then purposefully got our orders incorrect, went back inside to correct them and he proceeded to call the police! I waited for Lewisville police to show up and they never did. Avoid this location at all costs! Leadership is racist and vindictive.

I wish I could give it zero stars. The placed looked dirty. Drink fountain machine did not work in lobby. Although we were the only ones in there it still took forever for us to receive our food. The soda was flat.

I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no one answered or bothered to help me on the intercom and there was a line formed of cars waiting to place orders. You can see there was someone behind the counter and then there were like two other co-​workers outside doing nothing about the line outside waiting. This was late night (around 10 – 11 area) on ⁶⁄₂₈ (When I left, several of the other cars left as well). Then I came back ⁶⁄₂₉ because I never got to order Jack in the Box the night before, so I was still craving it. Placed my order, and still got my order wrong *sigh*. If it’s not one thing, it’s another. It’s not worth going again; I’ll make the drive to another location.

One of the best fast food restaurants in this area! They consistently get our order right which is a rare occurrence at our neighborhood McDonalds! The drive-​thru is fast and friendly, no matter what time of day or night I happen to be hungry!
The Grilled Chicken Salad with Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing is amazing! The ingredients are always fresh just like I would make it… if I weren’t so lazy! It’s hard to believe this salad WITH dressing is only 277 calories!

I love this location of Jack in the box, great and FAST service.
I usually get the supreme croissant which is a croissant with egg, ham, bacon and cheese. They also offer croissant donuts which is basically a cronnut, it’s a piece of delicious fried heaven coated in cinnamon and sugar. I can’t help myself when I order one… They are so good!
In summary, my go-​to Jack in the Box location, they have great food, and fast service!

If you haven’t had their waffle breakfast sandwich, go get one now. I dream about them and have constant cravings. They also have the best egg rolls ever!

I haven’t eaten here in years. The last burger I had was not good so I stayed away. So today I tried this location and I ordered the number 1 the burger was hot and tastes. The fries were hot. I will definitely revisit J.I.B in the future.

Most consistent Jack in the Box ever!
It’s kind of sad to admit this… but here goes. One of the reasons why I’m glad to be back in the north Carrollton/​Lewisville area is because of this Jack in the Box. Please note that I did NOT move back up here for a fast food restaurant.
But it was a lightbulb moment when I realized I could come to this JitB again!
They’ve never once messed up any of my crazy ass orders and now the drive thru is 24 hrs every day!
Delicious thing to try: chocolate milkshake with coffee syrup added. Yum. They don’t have the coffee syrup all the time, but when they do, I go out of my way to swing by and grab a shake on a fairly regular basis.
I didn’t realize how much I missed this Jack in the Box for 3.5 years when I lived in Addison.
