The company, Honeybaked Ham, has a great product. That fact is undeniable. With that said, the only thing that could damage their reputation is one awful employee. Notice… a guy who historically doesn’t care about restaurant customer service is Unilocaling about this cashier’s horrible customer service. This is obviously serious. The lady, who appeared to be the lead cashier this afternoon(3÷26÷2016) has a nice/nasty attitude and needs to reassess her career choice, because she is ruining the beauty of the Pork Capital(a.k.a. Ham Central). For some reason she wanted a confrontation with us. We did not oblige. We are too happy buying pig parts to waste time engaging in an argument with an unhappy person. She also insulted the capabilities of her newer associates. Originally, 2 young men attempted to help us with our order — but she stopped them and forced us to come to her register. She was very rude, but with a smile, as we stood there confused by her irritation. I just ignored the attitude. So, I smile. Pay. Take the wonderful ham. And Unilocal you.

Went to Honey baked ham for the turkey salad because I tasted my friends turkey salad and it was delicious.. I wasn’t as impressed with this visit. It was okay but not worth the money. Also my container wasn’t sealed which I didn’t notice until I got all the way home in Little Elm. Not sure if I will get the turkey salad again but I am more disappointed that my salad wasn’t sealed.
