Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Lewisville

I will never step foot in this place again. After a horrible night sleep I realized that the sheets were «crunchy» and dirty. The bed itself was not comfortable and old compared to the other HI Express locations we have stayed at during our move from WA to DFW. The crunchy sheets made me want to throw up not knowing who or what (dogs?) slept in the bed. :(YUCK!

Large, clean rooms with great amenities. Great breakfast and hotel staff. Mattress was comfortable, and the room had a microwave and mini-​fridge. Overall, exactly what I would expect from Holiday Inn Express.

We had three bad hotel experiences in on day. The last hotel toilet broke overnight. They were nice and refunded our room. When we called Holiday Inn and told them our experience, they let us check in at 9 am brought us breakfast, and let us stay until 2pm. The front desk was extremely nice! Loved our experience!

Visited Lewisville for a conference and decided to book this hotel. I liked the fact it was right next to Costco. For the price, this place wasn’t half bad! The elevators and main setting are a little dated, but the room we received had a refrigerator, microwave and living room area. The bed was über comfy and soft too. I slept like a baby. My only problem was the AC unit. It was kind of noisy and I had a hard time getting the room set to a comfortable temperature.
Continental breakfast was really impressive. I arrived at 8 am to an empty dining room with plenty of food. Sausage, eggs with American cheese (not my thing), white sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, pancake machine, assorted cereals, coffee, juices… I’ve never seen such a set up before.
Yay for free Wi-​Fi! If you’re a IHG member, you can request a late check-​out. Instead of the standard time, you can check out at 2:00 pm. Pretty cool :)

Love this hotel! Front desk is nice. The room is spacious, very clean, fresh and updated. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The airconditioner was quiet and the water pressure is the best I’ve experienced in TX. The temperature was very comfortable when we arrived and the air smells clean. Free wireless wi-​fi that worked great. It costs much less than the Homewood suites across the street and so much nicer. This is my hotel for trips to Lewisville. I have stopped my search.

Typical hotel near a suburban mall. Decent restaurants nearby. Newer hotels in the area. Exactly what you’d expect from HIE. They do have awesome cinnamon rolls.
Small outdoor pool. Need a car to enjoy a stay here.

This was located in the middle of a shopping area in the midst of a bunch of other hotels and close by to a lot of shopping and eateries…
The hotel was a little outdated on the inside… Ok maybe very outdated in some respects, but the room was HUGE! Seriously! Very large room, reasonably clean no really complaints… But would probably try for another more modern surrounding?

Pro’s– Good clean room, everyone was super nice! The staff was very helpful and made good recomendations on places to eat. They have an automatic pancake machine which is fun. Good Shower Heads too!
Con’s– Outdoor pool. I know that it is warmer in Texas, but it is still too cold to swim in November!
