This company is amazing to do business with. My rep is Yvonne Knill. She is SOOOOOO helpful every time I need anything. In fact, I was recently up in the DFW area for a convention, and when I mentioned something I needed, she made it available for them to bring it to the convention the following day. She REALLY goes above and beyond for the customer, and has made my dealings with Genesis wonderful. I would strongly recommend if you’re in the market for medical equipment (which I forgot to mention — BAR NONE, the best machine I’ve ever used & the best education too).
