UPDATE: Still going strong. I’ve learned to not pay too much attention to the scale so it doesn’t discourage me. When Tanya told me that muscle weighs much more than fat she wasn’t kidding! Since January I have only lost a total of 13 pounds. Discouraging, right? But I’ve gone from a size 24 to a size 18. Yeah. That freaking incredible!
