Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I received perfect service here. John and Mike had exceed my expectation and I will definitely be coming back.

They will get you in and out in a hurry! I love that they came to pick me up from the mechanic right on time and my auto repair shop was real close by. They put me in a brand new vehicle that was clean and drives really well. Customer service at this particular location is excellent and they are super speedy, helpful and nice. They worked with my insurance and got me everything I needed and squared away. So no complaints here! Actually in the past I’ve had trouble with Enterprise and this location made me change my mind a bit. I’ll be relying on this location for my needs from now on. Thank you Enterprise Lewisville!

I wish there was a minus 10 star! We rent from
Enterprise all the time, this time we made a reservation a week ahead for my 74 year old mom, my sister dropped her off with my 7 year old daughter to pick up car, when she gets there they say sorry we will not have cars till Monday this was Friday! They did nothing to help! Joe or something with a J was extremely rude to me over phone and to my mom! She had to go out of town so we had to go and rent a car at budget it was 3 times more since it was last minute and a suv since they had nothing else, but due to the emergency had no choice! Enterprise has done nothing to make it right! Very disappointed! Why overbook why accept a reservation, just wrong all around! Never will I use them again!!!

A note to this location:
A peppy airhead of a customer service agent that is trying to act like my best friend when picking me up cannot make up for poor service.
It’s not necessarily your agents’ fault here. Your hours are inconvenient, yes, but the real problems lie in how massively understaffed you are, how when I call for pickup and have to negotiate a pickup time because you are understaffed — and then have them show up half an hour late. You have a limited selection of vehicles, and every vehicle I have gotten from this location seems to have been put through the wringer (scuffed and stained interior, vehicle not maintained, bad smell in the car, scratches all over the outside, etc). If I wanted a crappy car as a rental, I’d get the loaner from my auto mechanic! Oh wait… his loaner is better than the vehicles I’ve gotten from you.
I have waited to get picked up, had them be late, and then had to wait between 10 and 30 minutes once we got to the office to actually be helped.
Every once in a while I forget about all that and rent from your location again. And every time I regret it.

Costed me 3 additional days at a much higher rate because they close at noon on Saturdays. Poor communication… charged me as much for the 3 additional days as the previous week. Convenience of location is not worth it. I forget and go Enterprise every few years just for a knock in the head! (Did not realize this review stayed in draft for many months due to my error!)

I have a long term business rental from this location, and have always had really good service. Their manager, John, has been there for a year now and he’s really improved the service over the other reviews I’ve seen. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful. John always greets me by name (yeah, I know, I’ve been renting a long time). I’ve rented several vehicles from them, and whenever I’ve had a problem, they have come through. I had a slow leak in one of the tires and they immediately switched me out to another car for the day, then delivered my preferred car to my office after it was fixed.
I once got a car that I hated as soon as I drove it a few miles, and they drove to my office and gave me a replacement right away.
The only problem I’ve had is they do not fill the tanks up after each rental. So one time I picked up a car and it was on empty — that was unpleasant. So check the gas gauge before you leave the lot to make sure you have enough gas to get to your destination.
I’ve rented from Enterprise for many years, and it’s not the fast assembly line you would get at an airport location, but they try hard to be pleasant and provide a good service.

Great team of young individuals, very helpful. They assisted me in any discounts that could apply. No pressure about insurance or extras. I will rent from them again.

Absolute WORST service I have ever had in my entire life. I will never go back again nor let anyone I know go there.

No idea how Enterprise stays in business. Poor customer service, they don’t value the customer. Nothing is a problem for them until they can’t keep their promise. Then it’s not their fault.
