I don’t trust anyone else with my clothes. Wonderful customer service — the employees have even started calling me by name! Top quality work at a fantastic price. Highly recommended.

This was my first and last experience at Dry Clean Super Center. I brought in my cute, bright yellow coat to be dry cleaned due to bird poop. I was bombed and pretty bummed about it. I purchased this coat on sale a few years back and it always gets tons of compliments. It cost $ 2.59 plus tax and I was told it would be done by 5pm the following day. Sweet! Great price and convenient location. It sounded too good to be true… and it was. The following day I stopped by to retrieve my coat and the left sleeve had a stain. It had a note on it that the ‘stain(bird poop) could not be removed.’ It was a blue tinted stain in the form of an arm band around the outside of the sleeve and the bird poop was completely gone. I assumed the stain came from the soap they used to clean my coat. I told them that I was not happy and they offered to clean it again. Great! I returned again the following day and the stain was still there, only faded. There was progress but it was so apparent that I was not ready to give up and get over the fact that my coat was ruined. They offered again to try one more time to remove the stain. I come back for a third visit and the stain was still there but more faded. The girl at the counter was apologetic and a voice from the back barked out ‘What do you want us to do, ma’am?’ I was kind of stunned. I guess it was the manager who had witnessed each of my visits. I told her that I had never been in this situation and I didn’t know what was typically done to fix these type of situations. She offered me store credit. I say ‘No offense, but why would I return?’ She then said that mistakes happen and accused the lining of the coat to be the stain suspect. Just a side note, I have taken this coat to the dry cleaners before and NEVER had an issue with the lining ‘bleeding.‘ I asked if they used a blue soap to clean my coat and she didn’t answer me. She changed the subject and repeated that the lining of the coat was the reason there was an arm band-like stain and that Bill, the owner, had told her so. She then said she could take my coat and talk to the owner about cutting me a check for the cost of the coat. This must be their little game, knowing that I would not want to part with my coat. The lady wasn’t even going to take my information to call me until I asked ‘Do you need my number?‘ I then made a decision to walk away. I wasn’t even offered a refund. They lied about the bird poop stain not being able to come out. Then accused the lining. I made 3 separate visits and then I had to deal with an annoyed manager. MY coat was ruined. MY time was wasted. I guess I had to deal with this bullshit so the next person doesn’t have to. Don’t waste your time.

In before 8am ready by 5pm same day. I have come to this spot numerous times. I love that I can go thru the drive thru here with my receipt and just pick up the items. That’s very convenient especially when you are coming from work and just want to scoop up your laundry and go home.

I am in the area on business travel. I readed a cleaners badly. I was very happy to have found these guys. In by 9 and out by 5 no problem. I have dropped off items that i needed the same day after 1030 am, and they still took care of me. I think they do great work. Better than the cleaners at home.

I do believe some of the reviewers must have this dry cleaners confused with another dry clean super center! The place is always clean, you are greeted as soon as you walk in. I have been using this cleaners for 3 years and have never once had any issues. Keep up the great work!

I have been going here for a while. The staff is always nice, and my dry cleaning is always ready when it is supposed to be ready. If I ever have an issue it is always taken care of in a timely fashion.

I didn’t have a bad experience and I didn’t have a good experience. It was just okay. I brought in a pair of pants and a skirt from club monaco. I got all my stuff back and for two was around $ 6. Reasonable.

Not sure what what there is to not like about this place. Great service and great prices. They are often early with my stuff. As a bonus I stop by next door to get frozen yogurt when I pick up:)

When I was hanging up my items that I just picked up, I noticed that all my items were still wrinkled, it looked as if they didn’t even touch it! My sweaters were hanging on the wire hangers instead of being folded; needless to say they had the«hanger bump». Took all my items back for them to redo and requested that all my sweaters be folded on the hangers and tissue paper be put on the shoulders of my shirts. Went back to pick them up and none of that had been done, my sweaters look awful and I’m not sure if they know how to work with pleats b/c my skirts were not done properly. I called back to speak to a manager, the woman on the phone stated she would give him the message and then just hung up. She didn’t ask for my number and I still have not heard from them. I would definitely not recommend this place. I’ve found another cleaner thank goodness that take pride in their work and is actually courteous to their customers.

Worst dry cleaners ever. After taking a number of things here to get dry cleaned a $ 250 garment was missing(and we did not lose it). They then claimed we lost it(we didn’t). I then spoke to the owner Bill, and he refused to take any responsibility for the lost item once again claiming we lost it. Another garment we received had lipstick on it. You may saying to yourself, «maybe they couldn’t get that stain out», which would be ok, if the garment went to the cleaners with a lipstick stain, which it didn’t because nobody in my family wears lipstick. I will never go back to this place and you should never start going.

This place«lost» my dry cleaning years ago and I must say that I’m still bitter. I had dropped off about 20+ shirts and at least 10 pairs of pants(probably not a good idea to send such a big batch) most of which were purchased at BR(not cheap). They conveniently lost the newer ones(at least 10 of them) and the owner would only offer me $ 7 a shirt lost. Only after I threatened a lawsuit and got the BBB involved did he bump that up to $ 17 a shirt(not even close to what I paid for) but I just wanted the issue resolved so I settled it there. DON’T TRUSTTHEM!!!
