Horrible service! Bought two tanks from here because I wasn’t sure which one my stepfather used. I tried to return the unopened one and they told me the would not exchange it. Vapor stores on every corner now, good luck with service like that.

My husband is a customer here. Started out as a great experience. Then after awhile they told him they couldn’t get parts for the ecig they had sold him and he needed to upgrade. He did. Now 4 months later they can’t get parts for this one. He feels like they bait and switch a lot. He’ll call and they will tell him they have what he needs and then he goes by and they don’t. Turns out he can buy what he needs online for almost half the price elsewhere.

I was introduced to the joyetech ego-c while out of town for a few months and loved it. When I got back to dallas I needed vaporizer heads for my vaporizer and checked out DFW vapor. When I put the new head in it didn’t seem to be working right. I kept drawing on it continuously with nothing but a burnt taste in my mouth. I thought what did I do wrong? I finally got one to work somewhat after burning up a few heads. I was kinda fed up but didn’t know what the problem was and continued to have mixed results with the new heads. I realized that there was a piece of cotton in the tip so I pulled it out and had much better results though I was still disappointed. When I used my last head I went to goodvapes in dallas and asked about the cotton. The guy said that’s the wick and I should leave it. I thought great, it didn’t work with it before but, I’ll try it again. Whataya know it worked as well as when i first started using it. The packaging was updated and I thought nothing of it till now. I figure the things must have sat on the shelf so long that the wick dried and hardened since it was hard to draw with the thing in there. If your using the ego-c go to GoodVapes
