So far so good. The manager is very friendly and efficient. The area looks neat. I also meet the guard looking around and he is also very friendly. The storage is exactly what I reserved for. The pricing is descent, only negative comment is their policy about insurance. Even if you have your own insurance you have to get for one month their insurance(12 $). They will cancel it the next month. So it is not a big deal but we should be able to go with our own insurance right away. I like this storage place and it deserve 4 stars.

What a mess. I have been on the lookout for a storage unit with power where I can store my art supplies and do some occasional painting. I looked on the website and called the customer service number listed to make a reservation to fit my needs. The cs rep was friendly and informative and double checked that what I needed would be within the scope of the terms of service. I was so excited to finally find a solution to my desperate longing to have a place to store my things out of the way that could double as a temporary work space for painting. I made the reservation and the next step was to have the manager from the facility call me to confirm. Well when she called to ask if I had any questions I wanted to confirm an inconsistency with what the cs department said and what the website said to make sure I had the right info. When I decided to confirm about the electricity access she asked why and as things progressed she got more and more rude and hostile. She wasn’t listening or trying to understand what I was really needing, She didn’t even let me finish over half of my sentences. She would talk over me and when she was clearly misunderstanding what I was needing I would try to re-explain in a different way to no fruit. She didn’t really care what I had to say and it was very frustrating. She was dismissive and condescending.0 Look, I’d be fine with it if it was simply a mater of policy. «You can’t do that here» or «we can not accommodate those specific needs» but it was the attitude and the sheer lack of respect. I’m a really easy going person and it’s hard to fray my edges, but this woman made me kinda lose my cool. I wound up just canceling the reservation because of how rude she was. It was also frustrating how, apparently the web and customer service information was so completely out of sync with what the facility’s rules are. I was on the phone with CS for about 45 minutes asking questions and confirming things just to get railroaded by a «manager» with a bad attitude and nothing was the same. This went from an ideal solution with five star customer service to a nightmare and overwhelming disappointment in a matter of minutes.
