These guys are amazing! The ac went out at my store and not only did they come out on a Saturday but they got it up and running in no time and it was a reasonable price too!

Everything about this organization is exactly what you look for in a company. From our first conversation with Cory (a/​the owner) who worked around our schedule to come to our home and give us an estimate for the replacement of our AC units to Cory being on site the day of installation and taking time to answer all of our questions, it was a stress-​free and excellent experience.
Cory took the time to explain the differences between information we had received from other firms and helped us work through which decision would be best for us. With his assistance, we were able to determine that we did not need to replace one of our units yet, allowing us to put off that cost until a future date. By not talking us into something we did not need this further strengthened our already high impression of him and his firm.
The installation occurred on time and without any issue. The crew was very friendly and made no messes nor caused any damage to our house. Cory was even accommodating of a few items we had added to the list of things we wanted to address but that he didn’t yet know about.
For those who prefer to manage things via email and text, rather than phone tag, Cory is more than capable of doing so and was the predominant manner in which we communicated.

They provide exceptional service and go out of the way to help us to get our units back into service. Always returns calls and has been very responsive. Great Service!

We opened a new hair salon in 2013 .Cory and his team put in a brand new unit and brand new ducts. It was amazingly what a different he made !!!

My downstairs AC went completely out last summer, and I called some AC guys expecting a wide range of quotes with hidden costs. I didn’t fall for it because I called Cory at Cold Factor, and he gave me information I needed to make a decision about what level of unit I should use to replace my busted one. Once I made the decision, his team came out the next day and got a brand new unit + heat pump installed in one day. AND IT WAS ON A SATURDAY IN AUGUST.

Cory installed a new Air Condition Unit for us. The price was reasonable. He didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. He gave me a quote over the phone. Once I agreed to his price, he and his team arrived the next day morning and installed the new unit. He did a good job. He came back after one week to make sure there was no issue with the new unit. He is an honest and down-​to-​earth person. I would definitely recommend him to others.
