This is by far the cleanest, most comfortable, politest (is that even a word?) Place to get your car fixed. I know you’ve probably been to a garage before. Getting your car fixed is horrifying enough, but waiting for hours in a hard plastic chair with folks that look like they just got out of prison is usually your fate. God forbid you have to go to the bathroom – it looks like they dumped a gallon of used motor oil in the sink to respect their dead homies, and I won’t even describe the toilet because its too horrible. None of that at this place. They have a sofa and comfy chairs, its like your livingroom. The bathroom is spotless. The guys are friendly and polite. They arranged a rental for us and took us over to pick it up, they even got us the corporate rate. What impressed me more was that they put a new clutch in a Subaru Forester in 5 hours, and didn’t totally rape us on the bill. In the end, that’s all you really want out of a garage, but the extra touches were nice. I would do business here again for sure.

Hmm, Friendly, Professional and Competent. My clutch went bye bye on a road trip, and these folks managed to replace all the required parts on a Subaru (which is a major undertaking) in under five hours, yep, same day service. And they came in under the estimate, so while I hope to never need their services again, I would use them without question.

I received great service. The staff was honest and professional. I didn’t like having to pay the $ 40 to assess the car (Firestone includes this. but that’s prob one of the reasons FS would have been $ 100 more than CB). CB offers a first time discount which fortunately covered the $ 40. The alternator was only like $ 79 at Autozone but it’s hard getting to the alternator in my car so I opted to pay a little more and let CB replace it. Despite the additional cost, CB did a great job. she sounds brand new! And my car is 8 years old. Also I really appreciated that they did not try to sell me on work I know I don’t need, like other automotive shops do. I had a great experience and I hope you do too.
