Chili’s

I always find chilis as the best «chain diner like» restaurant. I took a to go order of half cheese fries, and an order of chips and salsa. The guy who checked me out was very friendly and courteous and even asked me what my plans were for the holidays. Great Customer service goes a long way! I will be dining in soon!

Visited the new Chili’s this evening and all I can say is gross! The restaurant is clean but the food is horrible! Ordered the 2 for & $ 20.00. We saw they had fresh made guacamole and chips, the guac was frozen and chips had so much salt on them it was unbelievable! The burgers are not as good as a few years ago, I hated the pretzel bun they are using. My girls ordered the hot wings and the chicken was brown and under cooked. I’m sorry but I hadn’t been in a few years and from this experience I won’t be back ever!

I’ve been at this location several times. Afternoons are the worst. Ive been there with friends and with my family. We are a young couple with 5 kids, so when we are seated by hostess there has been times where the servers who i know have the section bypass us several times before management comes and ask have we’ve been helped yet. I use to be a server so I know why servers do not want to wait on us. We are young and they dont think we will tip well. Especially with all the kids there. One server walked passed us several times when he only had one other table. I knew this was his section because the hostess said his name. I just waited there to see if he would help. Well there goes his tip if he ever gets to us. Finally before we were about to get up he came. Just horrible. I usually tip 25% or more because thats just how I am. I still even gave him a tip also with a little advice! Night shift is okay I usually try to get this one server who is always on point. I always forget his name but he is awesome!

We were pleasantly pleased when we arrived. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. We were greeted, seated, and served right away. It was dinner time and there was a good crowd. The manager was attentive. Staff were friendly. We will be definitely coming again.

I and my boyfriend ate here just this afternoon, and it was our second time in. We were greeted nicely both times, and seated straight away, and our waitress (Chelsea), was right with us, and had our drinks and food out quickly for us. She was also very kind and we will probably ask for a seat in her section next time we’re in.
I also have to say that the management at this location seem very put together and very kind. The food is always just as it should be, hot and delicious. I highly recommend to anyone!

Chili’s went down hill till recently when they added the Top Shelf Taco’s. We were really impressed with the quality for the cost. A regular night out for us since we live just around the corner. Try them you’ll like them.

I always hated coming here, because i just felt like the quality of the food is disguting and i rather use my calories elsewhere! I came here during a team lunch at work and was pleasantly surprised by the new menu and the taste of the food. I got the bacon ranch quesadillas. bacon in a quesadillas? yes please! wow was this fresh and delicious, i loved the saltiness of the bacon mixed with the savory chicken. the chicken tasted fresh and quality, not like the many other times I have had food here at chilis! thank you for changing things up and changing my mind about this place!

Service was excellent. Our waiter Steven was very attentive. Not once did I have to wave my hand for something. He was always a step ahead. Food was definitely way better than Applebee’s. Will stop here again when I’m back in town.

My 5 stars are normally reserved for exceptional service, good food, good experience, cleanliness, friendly staff, etc, and I got all these at this Chili’s location which was just an after-​thought stop on my way to DFW airport with family.
We stopped by here at around noon on Memorial day with wife and our two small kids. Wife was hungry and Chili’s has always been a sure bet for us. We had never been to this location, so we did not know what to expect.
We pretty much received VIP treatment as soon as we walked into the door. The manager opened the doors for us and quickly ushered us to our booth seats, bringing a booster seat and a high chair for our kids.
Our waitress — Savannah — was right there to guide us through the updated menu and help us with our orders. No wait for someone to attend to us unlike other locations.
The restaurant had a number of patrons when we arrived, and the quick service was an added bonus. This is a busy location since it is located right on highway 35 and close to a bunch of shopping areas.
The restaurant was super clean, and updated, and all the waiters/​waitresses working were jovial — not sure if they got a bonus — but everyone radiated happiness.
We ordered the following drinks:
$ 8.09 El Nino Margarita — Wife loves this drink and it was great!
$ 8.49 Triple Berry Margarita — This was a great drink.
The margarita drinks at Chili’s normally don’t disappoint. Chili’s have a consistent formula of mixing these drinks that is bar-​none. You can always know if they didn’t do the mixing right in other Chili’s restaurants since they offer the same drinks. but for this restaurant, the drinks were perfect!
For the food, we ordered the following:
$ 6.49 White Spinach Queso — Great.
$ 11.19 Triple Dipper — Never disappointing!
$ 4.99 Kid Quesadilla — kid ate most.
I also like the Ziosk Table entertainment console at Chili’s where you can re-​order drinks, pay for your order, and entertain yourself or the kids with the numerous games on the console.
Overall, great lunch experience for us at this Chili’s location.

Most chili’s are solid, just like this one. Each location will bring it’s own different thing to the table, and so you basically rate them on service. Today, service was just ok. Food was solid. Now I have not been to chili’s in about 1.5 years, but apparently they took the chicken fried steak off the standard menu. Still served at various locations, but that’s surprising too me. I ate a lot growing up.
Our service was kind of slow for how few people were in here. We came to dinner a little early, so maybe the staff hadn’t woken up yet. I’ll probably be back to chili’s sometime.

Normally don’t expect much from Chilis but I like the chips and queso for my cheat and it’s normally not busy. I was pleasantly surprised with our service. She was super attentive and got every part of my order correct and out efficiently. Great job! (I think her name was Caitlin)

The last time we go to Chili’s in Lewisville. It’s dirty, service is bad, and this last time the snotty little «hostess» unapologetically added 30 minutes to our wait from what she first told us of 15 minutes (after waiting 20) because they were «short-​staffed». Sounds like a manager change should be a priority!

Excellent service! Tara brought the appetizers out prior to the meal which is a big deal for my husband. She brought drink refills without having to be asked. Everyone was nice and attentive just enough. Yes, they were busy.

When I lived in Carrolton I stopped eating at Chilis there because they were always out of everything and always got my to-​go orders wrong. Tonight, eating at this location and off the bat they are out of the appetizer we want. To top it off, service is extremely slow. Our waitress is very nice but they have her covering way too many tables. Think I’m going to give up on Chilis altogether, I don’t eat out often and for them to always be out of things is very disappointing.

Chili’s is a sure thing. Although they will not win any culinary awards you can always expect good service and a nice meal at a fair price.
Venue
Clean. Standard Chili’s. I liked the table side credit card terminal at the table. Ok, this is not a perfect implementation of table side entertainment. However, it does solve the annoying problem of not being able to find your waiter when you are ready to pay and leave. Paying an extra 99cents to goof around playing games is not my thing. I have an iPhone if I need distraction.

Chicken Sandwich, Side salad. Tasty. Hot. Good.

The service was friendly and prompt. No complaints.

You can count on Chili’s to feed you. The restaurant will be well kept. The service is always friendly.

Mmmmmm! One of the best restraints I’ve eatn at, great servas and awesome food! The honey chipotle chicken crispers… Best thing that happend sense well. Chicken! Waiters are nice food comes pretty fast for sit down, bathrooms are clean and tables are obviously waxed a lot but in a good way. I suggest you eat here if you get the chance!

Came here a little while ago with my boyfriend and had the Cajun Chicken & Pasta and the Classic Sirloin — rare. Although my steak magically turned into chicken fajitas when our server, Matthew, arrived with our food, he and the manager apologized and brought me my steak. Both the server and manager were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our server also offered me a house salad while I waited. The steak is usually really good for the price, tonight it was a little chewy and I ate too many chips and salsa and I couldn’t help but taste test my boyfriend’s dinner, so I wasn’t terribly hungry anymore anyways — whoops! But I highly recommend this location for the service and food. MUCH better than the Irving location and the manager made sure to check with us throughout the rest of our meal to make sure we were still doing well and if we needed anything else. Thank you for the great service!

We saw a female server (not our’s) lick a napkin and use it to clean off the screen of the tablet (ziosk) that’s on the table, a woman clip her fingernails at the table next to us, and though there were at least 20 other tables empty — we were say right next to the bathrooms.
Our server was great, but thanks to everything else, we are definitely writing this one off. Won’t be back ever.

Had a meal here during the day.
Way better customer service and service in general. Food came out quick. Waitress was attentive. Food was cooked well.
Also, I’m a big fan of the little gadget they have at each table that enables you to swipe your card whenever you are ready, AND prints out the receipt on the spot. Moves everything along.
