Cajun Crawfish

Quick and pain-​free and was nice enough to load the 60 pounds into my trunk.
Beware of cops. There were a couple pulling over trucks into this area. I would also slow down it’s easy to miss that street that leads to this place.

I ordered 120 pounds from another company for a party of mine and missed their ordering window by 2 hours! It was the same company I had used for the last 5 years, but he said there’s nothing he could do after 12 the day before. I had 40 people coming over the next day for the boil and was in a bit of a panic. I called these guys and David told me it was very short notice, but he would do what he could. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he could get the that amount and for 50 cents less a pound! They were big and beautiful and I had only a handful of dead ones out of the 120 pounds, which is pretty amazing for that amount. They are my new go-​to for my annual crawfish boil

CCC catered my wedding a few weeks ago, and I could not have been more pleased! My husband and I met David at one of his events in Fort Worth last year to try his mud bugs and I was sold! David and his team were very professional and helpful through the booking process, the crawfish and sides were FANTASTIC, and the price point was just right! They served about 75 people, and everyone was impressed! I would recommend them for any private event!

I found Cajun Crawfish Co via the googles when I was trying to find a local supplier for a crawfish boil I recently threw.
In addition to selling self-​serve crawfish, they also do on-​site boils. However, the size of their trailers leads me to believe that those are for bigger events than what I was looking to do. Check out their website for more info on the other food options.
I bought 62lbs (two bags) of washed & graded mudbugs. I also rented a 120 quart pot and a burner.
For Dallas, the prices were pretty good – I don’t think you’ll get a better deal from any of the other suppliers. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ‘bugs too. There were some real monsters in those bags.
I also used their dry and liquid boil seasonings and they were as good as what I’ve had in the bayou.
The ONLY reason they lose one star is that it was kind of tough to get things locked in with them. It may have been a fluke (one of the folks I spoke with had mentioned she was out sick,) but it took a day or two for someone to respond to my initial inquiry and also the same the week I needed to place my order and provide a CC to secure it.
Other than that minor issue, it was a great experience.
