While this is a great location and they have a lot to offer for new purchases, this store refused to warranty a bad battery (w/​receipt) simply because it was purchased at a non corporate store across town. My resolution, pick up the bad battery from this store and drive out to Richardson/​Plano to make the swap. The Richardson/​Plano store was awesome and gave me no issues with the warranty but could not understand why this store would not stand behind corporate policies. Buyers beware of the stores policies before you drop 170.00 for a battery that has limited warranty down the road.

Handy location on Main Street in Lewisville (right across from high school). Large selection of batteries for phone, cameras, and any speciality gadget a person may own. (I looked up the «hard to find» batteries I was needing on the website before I went.) Very helpful staff made my trip easier, the gentleman knew exactly what I needed and where to quickly find it in their store when I described the batteries and their usage.
