Hire them about a week in advance for unloading my truck. They texted me saying, can’t do the unloading on Friday but will be available on Saturday. I said, YES for Saturday. Then he texts me on Saturday morning saying they are over booked and cannot come for unloading the truck.

Ricardo and Angelo did a wonderful job. The unpacked my trailer quickly and carefully and had wonderful attitudes! They were a tad bit late but called and communicated the whole time and were very professional. Very happy.

I hired this company a month in advance to move me to Houston. We spoke several times between then, then again a few days before to confirm. They wrote a contract that they would be here at 8am. I called them several times at 8am with no answer. Rick calls me back at 9am saying «who is this?» I said «the person you were suppose to move at 8am!» It sounded like he just woke up! I said that’s ridiculous! It’s a long move and he is still at his house! I said by the time you get here it will be what like 10am? I had everything planned to leave by 10am or 11am. I got on google and found another company right away for $ 100 less! They said they can do it same day. I was blown away how professional the other company was in which I will write a review when they’re finished. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE unless you want unprofessional movers who waste your time.
