I recently acquired a rain check for an item that was frequently sold out every time shortly after the store received a new delivery. Because I have to go to work early morning by the time i could get to the store it was all gone. I was resolved to get up at 6AM on a Saturday to get the item before it was gone and when I arrived the dept(meat counter) was closed and no one was there. Disappointed to say the least!!! So I picked up some other items I need and was resigned to the fact I would have to make a 4th **(FORTH)** trip to acquire the item I am discussing. Upon arriving at the checkout I was greeted very friendly(6AM). I asked what time the meat counter opened and the response was«What can we get for you». I said I wanted the salmon that was on sale last week and a gentleman responded«Well let me see If it came in last night and I’ll go get you some. Do you have a rain check»? The rest shall we say is irreverent. I got my SALMON!!! YEA! Thanks! But I had to help the checkout figure the discount. She didn’t know math or how to use a calculator.

this used to be THESTORE… in the 80−90s era. the remodeled it probably 10−15yrs ago and its very outdated in style and atmosphere. the floors are in need of repair. the prices are comparable to tom thumb(all same company now) and kroger. they have some vegan items which is good for me. my sudden review was sparked by my visit today. ALL the mini cucumbers were BAD or damaged. i saw two produce workers talking nearby and asked if they had any that werent. the brand sold in bags were all pruny and soft so i knew they wouldnt last 24hrs and the brand laid out in trays were all either milky already(gone bad) or visibly damaged and had holes in them. one guy said he would check in back. which i liked. he came back out a few min later and apologized that they didnt have extra in stock and he was sorry they werent good quality. ok that would have been fine and enough except he KEPTGOING. i dont like excuses and thats what i got. he explained the«opener/puller» obviously didnt do their job properly. WHAT?! dont blame someone who isnt there to defend themselves and to a customer. i dont need to hear your work drama. not to mention ppl make mistakes maybe instead of standing around talking like he was when i asked for help they couldve gone around double checking throughout the day. after all food goes bad at times other than in the morning. he then pretended to take down all the bad produce until we walked away. and put it back when we left(not all but the damaged food that i guess was deemed ok) just very unprofessional in a store thats struggling to keep its doors open. it didnt used to be this way. oh and please oh please train employees to bag properly. NOTHING should go in a bag with raw chicken except more raw chicken…

This review is for the pharmacy: go somewhere else. I actually enjoy the store itself, its close to home, prices aren’t great but the selection isn’t bad… but the pharmacy is RUDE and when I fell down a flight of stairs and had to have a prescription transferred today, the lady kept playing pass the buck, wanting me to call and do the things I KNOWFOR A FACT they can call and do, she just was lazy and didn’t want to do her job, and when I expressed that I was fed up with the run around to get muscle relaxers after FALLINGDOWN A FLIGHTOFSTAIRS… she interrupted and told me I was wrong. I’ve had prescriptions transferred before when my previous pharmacy closed, the gentleman who took care of me that time was great but the night time pharmacist is rude, disrespectful, and has no concern about customer service. your degree means nothing if you drive away all the business with your attitude lady.

I know that everyone is into all the new fancy stores. I just have to say though that if you have not checked out this Albertsons you should. Who ever is now running the store, is doing an amazing job! Clean, fresh, friendly, priced right. Just a great grocery store. Keep up the good work!

I am giving this store a 1 star because of their meat department. I’ve always said that Albertsons’ meat never looks as good as other grocery stores. However, I do purchase other goods at this location, just never meat. Well, yesterday because this store is close to my employer I thought I would shop there for meat, which I needed to cook today. Needless to say this morning when I opened the 2 pack of chicken thighs I purchased, they smelled horrible! The date to «purchase by» was 03⁄06. Not good!!! I will be going back to not purchasing meat from this store.

I am grateful for the $ 19.99 box of different meats. I drive here from The Colony every week. I am on a small budget and this feeds the family for the week. I haven’t had or seen any issues at this location.

I’ve been an Albertsons customer for many years. I was sorry that the stores in Flower Mound closed. Now I have to drive to Lewisville. The staff is friendly and helpful. Meat is fresh and well presented. Deli is good. Bakery too. Fresh French bread daily. I don’t understand the poor reviews here. Prices are good too. Good selection. And I like the cross-aisle in the middle of the store. I don’t feel trapped in the aisles like I do at Kroger or Tom Thumb.

The staff is either rather annoying or very rude. They were having a sell on the rice so went and stocked up cause we like rice. Is that a crime? We only got five different flavors of the rice on sale. They are not that big of a bag. So the person that is checking us out asked«Do you think you got enough rice?» Really? First of all is it any of your business what I’m buying? Second of all, maybe I like rice! The place is dirty and they push sales on you like no other. Also, she didn’t give me the correct change back. Very annoying and never will be back here again!

I’m just going to say it. I have issues. I have a lot of prescriptions. This pharmacy is absolutely amazing. They are very attentive and very caring. They always have my prescriptions ready when promised. I have never had an issue with them. My whole family has switched to this pharmacy and most of the pharmasist can list them by name. I know this makes me sound totally crazy but I don’t care because I like to speak up for good people and good service and not just complain about bad service. This pharmacy really is very recommended.
