We stopped in for sandwiches to go. We ordered 2 large meatball, a ham Italian, and grabbed a couple of whoopie pies.
The staff was friendly, the wait reasonable. Everything was delicious. The bread was fresh, the meatballs well sauced. Their whoopie pies are some of the best I’ve tried.

I have always been a fan of Sam’s since I grew up around them. Their italians are good, their pizza has changed a bit over the years so I am somewhat a fan but my favorite sandwich is their Dagwood. I order a ham dagwood which when stacked together is a sandwich for two if you are not that hungry. I would go back every week to get one of these. Customer service is pretty good but usually a younger crew with a veteran adult manager.
